    Fantastic experience my wife and I weren’t sure what to expect from a city hotel, but we were meet by a fantastic team of professionals. They were all extremely professional and very friendly with a can do attitude. We were looked after during our stay by Morgan Kande and Danielle and we could not have been more grateful for their hospitality and outstanding customer service. Absolutely recommend staying here and we certainly will in the future.

    Staying here at Manchester Central Arena as temporary accommodation and can't praise it enough. Reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are great, will top up with fresh towels and bedding whenever you leave the sign on the door. Tried the restaurant tonight and food was lovely and tasty and hot. Yet to have the unlimited breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall, a pleasant stay.

    Stayed for 3 nights. Very much appreciated being moved to a quiet room on the 5th room away from the construction works next door. Had breakfast each morning and was looked after by the amazing Kayleigh. I can honestly say that she was the most helpful and bubbly member of staff that I’ve ever been looked after by in ANY hotel.
