The event staff have been fantastic throughout the whole process.From planning, to setup, to execution of the event. Faultless. The guys are excellent and I could not ask for more. Rock hard bed hurt my legs so much =3.5 hours sleep, pillows like marshmallows .won't be staying at the Hilton at Milton Keynes again . Room was at sub zero took 4 hours to get warmer , it's not July ! I thought staying somewhere like this would be decent sleep wise , nope .

Not a bad hotel, could let you know if they are having events on though, we had a pitch side room and this was quite noisy, also if you leave anything behind, they take ages to look into it, and you don't get it back!

Good hotel, great location and excellent staff

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the last year, the hotel is nice built around the MK Dons stadium which give it in my opinion a great atmosphere. The rooms are a bit dated but I am led to believe they are in the process of being upgraded. Breakfast is a decent affair but the gym is a bit lacking. It is a decent well priced hotel in a great location, close to cinema, restaurants etc. However what makes this hotel is the staff, the reception staff, catering staff, bar staff and cleaners were friendly easy to chat with, this makes the difference ensuring the stay is more relaxed and enjoyable. The staff are professional and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I knew the reception manager (Tania) from another hotel that I have stayed at for work many times over the last three years. She is a credit to the hotel, helpful, engaging and has a great sense of humour and a credit to Hilton. I will stay here again the next time my work sends me to MK. Many thanks
