Location

The hotel is ideally located just 10 minutes from the train station. Guests will find Norwich's walled city centre and cobbled lanes lined with speciality shops ideal for a stroll, and just a 10-minute walk away. Facility

The hotel has 150 rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Quiet location near river, 20-25 walk into city centre

    Having used the Premier Inn a number of times in the city, which is looking very tired, we thought try this. Room was twin bed overlooking the pitch. Bed comfortable, good shower and clean. So happy with room. Restaurant used for breakfast was very good. Decor not tired like Premier, good service. Only complaint would be the usual scrambled egg which comes out of a packet. But everything else, very good. Location, nice in terms of near the river, so nice to walk along into town but if you have intentions of being within the town, for shopping and entertainment, then it's a good 25 mins walk involving steps. Not unpleasant at all just need to factor in. All in all, very happy and recommend.

    Loved every minute in this hotel. Bar area lovely, good breakfast and room really good. The hotel smelt very nice. I am very fussy about showers and I would say this one was a solid 8-9/10 regards pressure. Most hotel showers are woeful but this wasn't. The location is great and there are loads of facilities nearby within 5-10 mins walk e.g. Morrisons, B&M etc. The room (226) was very clean, there was zero noise and the curtains blacked out the light. There was ample parking nearby past the hotel although this could get busy at night. I think the parking was roughly £7 a night which is fair. I didn't use any amenities since no time but when I ate at the restaurant the Hawaiian pizza was very nice (not salty like most) the wine nice and the dessert great (apple frangipane recommended). The staff were very nice too (I think Ellie and Abbey were two names I remember). Only fault was no USB charger in the room and the one I had with me was no good but a quick trip to B&M solved that issue. Would I stay again: 100% yes!!!

    Pleasant, well equipped room. Very good breakfast. Terrible evening meals - experienced on four consecutive evenings and everyone was awful.     Comfortable bed in pleasant room. Breakfast food offered big choice. Plenty.of parking space. Not expensive.

    Attending an event at the ground made the location ideal. Lucky to find a parking space right outside, but plenty to the rear. Check in and staff were great the room was spacious and as an added surprise overlooked the pitch, luckily no match on but would be idea for Norwich fans. Massive bed and clean comfortable facilities made the two night stay memorable. I usually eat out when away but in this case chose to eat in the hotel, super food, great service,and convenient location.
