  This has to be one of the most special and memorable hotel experiences in my lifetime. The service and seamless support was handled expertly and excellently by the staff. Specifically, praise should be showered wholeheartedly to Arven - He was calm, professional and brilliant for myself, my partner and our little boy! The cleanliness was spotless and shining, our hotel room was sublime and the buffet breakfast was incredibly varied, tasty and full of bliss! My partner is a massive fan of waffles and it did not dissapoint! My veganism was more than satisfied by the sensational Plant-Based Sausage! Yum yum yum! If you are visiting Oxford or the surrounding areas, this is the ONLY hotel experience you need.I almost forgot to mention that Hollywood Bowl, Chinese Buffet, Frankie and Bennys, Pool and Darts are all available too! We went to Hollywood Bowl not just once, but twice!If I could give it 10 out of 5 stars, I would!   Good hotel with good breakfast.

  A nice straightforward hotel just outside of Oxford. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is just fine. Gets a bit untidy around the waffle machines and could maybe do with a bit more regular cleaning during the morning. Housekeeping entered room (and then badly serviced it) when they were asked not to service it, which was a little alarming. I did point this out to the front desk.   Warm Welcome and Excellent Customer Care

  I had a fantastic experience at Hampton by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.The customer service was excellent throughout my visit. A special thank you to Rohan, Shivam, and Mrinal, who truly made my stay feel like home away from home. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a real difference.The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations.Thank you to Hampton by Hilton and to all the staff for such a wonderful stay.   Creaky!

  Thought we'd book something other than our normal Pemier Inn, Travelodge type stay, and enjoy something slightly nicer.So we paid a little more, but we really need not have bothered.The hotel was nice enough for a cookie cutter conglomerate affair and it offered a couple of things in the room which were good, such as a large screen TV and wall divider between the main room and the door, free internet and it felt clean. There was also ample free parking.As for the rest! The bed was awful; uncomfortable and creaky as an old garden gate, the desk top working area was too small, the bathroom door opened next to where your head is on the bed, which is just weird and annoying, the shower head creates an array of needle like jets which are uncomforatable to shower under and the bed covers are very thin, and it was a cold night, so it was difficult to stay warm.The " complimentary breakfast" which you can't opt out of is what you might expect, reasonable choices, but luke warm pre-prepped el-cheapo fare, which had all the taste of cardboard.We were going to stay in the bar in the evening for a drink, but after checking out the daft prices, we decided to go elsewhere. There didn't appear to be anything special about the drinks on offer, so why would we pay over the odds for them?So in hindsight, we may as well have saved ourselves a few quid and stayed at a lesser (supposedly) hotel.We won't be using a Hilton again in a hurry.
