  It was a great experience we’re in this restaurant, we had many many good attentions and details, LAXMAN was too gently and he always smile behind a bar and give a good service.   I stay here regularly, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the consistency of the evening staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes a noticeable difference after a long day. Every member of the team I have interacted with has been genuinely pleasant, and one in particular stands out for always going the extra mile and making the experience more enjoyable (promised I wouldn't name them).The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and inviting, and the service is consistently good. The schnitzel is also very good, well prepared and something I would happily recommend. Overall, it is a reliable and enjoyable place to eat, made even better by the quality of the staff.   Advise any1 to go,Great night staff,Georgi,Akash

  First time at Holiday inn Oxford and enjoyed it so much, especially a big thank you to night manager Georgi and Akash, who did everything they could to make my birthday trip really special,these.two particular staff stood out & all staff everywhere should be like these both,also a waiter in evening.resurant very helpful,sorry did not get his name, but had white.shirt,black trousers's, black hair ,thank you to all 3 for making our stay special, little touches like balloons,a birthday card&free drinks really appreciated Georgi x House keeping did miss robes and slippers in our room,however only stayed 1 night and managed,as not a major issue &I know if asked Georgi&Akash would of immediately put things right.
