    A wonderful stay!

    rating24 Sept 2026

Stayed for 4 nights with a group of friends celebrating the 50th Anniversary of our meeting and had a wonderful stay. Rooms are comfortable and although not promised at time of booking, our requests for a quiet room and a fridge were met. Enjoyed delicious cocktails in the bar served by Toor, and wonderful meals in Napier’s Restaurant, where the staff, notably Keira and Elissa went out of their way to make sure all our dietary needs were met. The breakfast spread is worth a mention too.Being a little way outside Oxford worked for us - there is a frequent bus service into the city that leaves from just outside the hotel entrance. And we were able to park easily and take our cars for outlines elsewhere in Oxfordshire.

Fabulous stay for my Birthday. Hotel is beautiful and all the staff we met were friendly, professional and made our stay even better. We had dinner in the restaurant that was sensational. Special thank you to Danielle, Daryna and Nathan at the bar. We look forward to staying again.

    Wedding Reception

    rating02 Sept 2026

Oxford Thames hotel were extremely helpful in hosting our wedding in July 2026. It was a very special experience and all of our guests had a brilliant time. We were very glad to have chosen to have our reception there. Not only is it a beautiful setting but all of the staff we dealt with were very attentive and delivered the event to a high standard.
