I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect—close to everything while still being peaceful. The attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness really stood out. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!Ravi was so easy to get along with and had a good sense of humour, Daniel behind the bar looked after drink when I went outside. Beautiful, relaxed, experience, perfect for dog owners.

Stayed over the weekend for my partners birthday, was such a nice and unique experience, the open plan reception and bar is so relaxed, classic games, shuttle board, dart, pool, pinball you name it all free, 5 min walk around the corner is an amazing street food hub we'll worth a visit. lovely room and the most important part it's super dog friendly, we have a black lurcher named monty and as soon as he was spotted by the staff he was treated like royalty, a special thank you to Cody she gave him a treat box, full of toys and snacks. Great vibe and the extra care for doggos really made his and our stay special.

Stayed at the hotel and ended up in the bar again as usual. Genuinely one of the nicer hotel bar atmospheres around Reading - relaxed, not try-hard, just easy to sit and have a drink in. Service is always quick and the staff are spot on. Isla and Cristina especially deserve a mention for always being friendly, helpful and on it. I stay here fairly regularly and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back.
