    If you are looking for a lovely setting for an afternoon tea, you could not do any better than here, at The Chilworth Manor, the sandwiches were freshly made, cakes and scones were delicious, and lots of tea to drink, we would have no hesitation in coming back here to enjoy another one! They added to my birthday celebrates!!

    From booking/ arranging with Ellie to the actual day everything was superb. Family meal to celebrate a special birthday - nothing was too much trouble. All meals pre ordered in advance, and all our party commented on the quality of both the food and service. Impressed that 10 steaks came out together all cooked to order, and all perfect. All other meals were equally as good. Having our own room at no extra cost also a huge plus, other venues wanted to charge. Shout out to Lisa who was looking after us on the day - very personable and service spot on. I would recommend The Chilworth Manor for an occasion the Team here were excellent, and great value.     Birthday Afternoon tea

    I surprised my partner, (who is a huge bridgerton lover), with an afternoon tea here with her family. The tea was no disappointment at all. First time here and my partner loved every part, as did I. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from the front desk to our hostess in the restaurant. Olena in the restaurant was friendly, accommodating and even came out with a birthday dessert for my partner which, even I was unaware of but a lovely part of the service. The afternoon tea was fantastic with a great selection on offer. The grounds to this hotel are also, like the inside, stunning with time period feels all around.     Very disappointing. Stayed there 2 years ago and it was fine . This time there was so much going on that it was almost impossible to park. The evening meal was very poor. Expensive but poor quality. £34 for a rib eye steak which was 90% gristle and fat and the chicken dish was ok, ice cream to share for dessert one glass of poor wine and an orange juice £89 in total.The room was very basic and in great need of refurbishment. Through an adjoining door there was noise until after 2.0am.
