    Staff are outstanding!

    The service was exceptional! Every staff member we encountered were so welcoming and could not do enough for you! We booked for an additional night. Was an early anniversary stay, when they knew that, they upgraded our room, added breakfast onto our room, left a bottle of wine in the room and a doggy paw star martini for our little furbaby. We really enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Would just like to say a big thank you to all the lovely staff as they make it such a lovely experience.     Perfect location and fun hotel

    We booked a few rooms for a birthday celebration to shop in West Quay and go to the Showcase cinema in the evening. The hotel couldn't be in a better location for this and really handy having a car park at the back of the hotel. The hotel itself was really fun, we enjoyed playing games in the games room at the rear of the bar and you can even play records, or the guitar if you want. The atmosphere was really nice and chilled and we loved the photo booth to capture memories of the occasion. Couldn't fault the service and the breakfast had a great selection. Rooms are quite small but comfortable, clean and have everything you need. A big thank you to the staff for the free upgrade to my mum's room for her birthday, she loved it. If I had to pick fault I would say the bathrooms in our rooms on the 7th floor had a bit of a funny sort of drain smell but it was minor and wasn't noticeable in the rooms when closing the bathroom door, certainly didn't ruin our stay. Overall we had a great time and loved the hotel.     Overnight stay after the theatre.

    Just returned home after a lovely stay at this hotel for a night out at the Mayflower. Room was ideal and a definite plus was the amount of usb and c charge points in the room and throughout the social areas. The room was quite warm when we arrived but we simply adjusted the thermostat and opened the window. Location for central Southampton is excellent and not too noisy for the city centre. The drinks and food selection are very good. Last but definitely not least were all the staff we encountered during our short stay, they are a true asset to the brand and looked after us admirably. Next time we are in Southampton we will definitely be heading back to the Moxy.     Great quirky Hotel

    GREAT LOCATION, and great staff, especially Ricardo, so polite, helpful and professional. Great welcome, and explanation of the hotel, Free pancakes all day as it was pancake day, and a free drink on check in, iced fruit tea, which was so refreshing. My grandson loved the games room, especially the guitars and table football. Its a quirky hotel, designed like the inside of a cruise ship! The rooms, ( i booked a twin for me and my grandson) , were small, but had everything needed for a good nights sleep TV, hairdryer, bathroom toiletries, shower, hanging space , TV.Would definetly recommend, and visit again. Limited parking available at £7 a day.
