    Fantastic care and service for coeliacs

    Nico the chef was incredible at dinner and breakfast. Not only did he come out of the kitchen to work with me on selecting safe options for me to eat as a coeliac, but he prepared everything separately, away from contamination, in separate ovens etc and even sanitised my cutlery. Breakfast was the same and they even prepared me separate yoghurt and fruit in the kitchen to ensure no cross contamination. Great understanding of the risks and anxiety around eating out with coeliac disease.

    This hotel is a little gem. It is the perfect location for a pre- cruise visit and the public carpark next door is very convenient.We received a lovely welcome and very pleasant staff during the whole visit.The premier plus rooms are just stunning. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended

    We stay at the Premier Inn Southampton West Quay on a fairly regular basis at either end of our holidays on the Isle of Wight. It is one of the more comfortable Premier Inns and the location for the ferry ports is first class. The rooms are good, clean and service is generally friendly and available. The big downside of this hotel is the car parking which is in the West Quay Shopping Multi Storey. Since our last visit the overnight charge has risen from £7 per night to £15 per night payable through an App that even locals told us was unreliable. Welcome to Rip Off Britain!! Such a shame that this will probably be our last stay at Premier Inn West Quay because of this high parking charge.
