Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! Came for my boyfriend’s birthday and booked a spa treatment - they apparently didn’t have the booking on their system eventhough I had a confirmation. The reception were extremely rude and unhelpful - so disappointing and sad as I came to celebrate my partners birthday and paid so much for the experience. Would highly not recommend

What a place!

What a place! I’ve been here many a time but never stayed over. Wow. Mews was amazing! The spa is super and the staff are incredible. Big thanks to Jane Richfield for organising it for me. Massive thanks to Holly Durrant who checked me in. Her personality is infectious! She is an asset to the hotel! The food is incredible as well! Did not disappoint.

We had a two night break and it was first class. We booked one of the Mews Suites which was very nice. Breakfast and Dinner in the Brasserie was very good, with excellent omelettes cooked to order for breakfast. The choice and quality of the dinners was also excellent.The service all around was very good indeed, Special mention for Chris the porter and Lisa, Jack, Charles, Nofisot, Meren, Yeruisi in the Brasserie! Great property on the countryside for a peaceful vacation. Rooms were clean and spacious. Morning breakfast was amazing and nourishing and being a vegetarian still had a great meal. A wonderful lunch

We went to The Brasserie yesterday for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, 53 years & 54years! Lisa greeted us, so friendly, such a lovely person, we were taken to a great table, our server Ola, was also friendly but also very professional.We all enjoyed our food, a great selection on their main menu, in fact we had such a great experience, we have all booked to go back very soon. I can highly recommend going there, all the team were so helpful, and made time to come over to congratulate our special occasion.
