  What an improvement to this hotel! It is in a beautiful setting. Rooms, staff, cleanliness and comfort excellent. Our dinner and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely be back!

  Footpath down through the grounds for walking into the shops instead of jumping of the road when a car came.

  Much better not as shabby now that work is underway,nice refurbishedRoom lovely room bed towels,shower,comfy bedGreat breakfast,evening meal,staff nice,one downside is slaming doors all the time bad at 2am ,cleaning staff good but let the doors slam,as well,surely you can adjust the doors to slowly close,i know they are fire doors,but it will be a problem for guests,so come on amex fix your doors,to quietly close,, Sophie Shirlaw, Guest Services / Front Office at Apex Dunblane Hydro Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for your review, we’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your refurbished room, as well our food offerings.   Travellodge standard hotel from the inside. Lounge area smelt like my grandmothers basement!! Damp smell.   Ongoing renovations and elevator not in use

  Due to a recent injury I could not access the room I was supposed too. Trip was good however has been better.
