  Nice little break away

  We stayed here for one night. It’s a lovely hotel, extremely comfortable beds. Food is superb in the brasserie and we really liked the staff there and in the bar. We weren’t really sure of what to make of the DJ playing in the brasserie - not our thing. I must also mention Mark on reception who was particularly good. He was very helpful and welcoming which can’t be easy all the time as it’s such a busy hotel. Some guests were getting a little stressed when trying to check in due to the queues but he kept his cool. He also very kindly helped me retrieve my purse from the safe in my room and did not make me feel like an inconvenience! I’m sure he could have done with out that.

  This hotel is amazing, and I shouldn’t really be writing a review as everybody will be goingSeriously, this is a wonderful property from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the attention to detail and Service is second to none There is nothing I can find fault withThe staff on the front door are very attentive as are the reception teamGauri specifically made our stay run smoothly as we had several rooms split over several days. She made us stay seamless.I would also like to mention the Manager at breakfast and his teamAgain, so helpful, we had a table of 6 for 2 days and he went out of his way to make sure we could sit togetherNot to mention the breakfast - simply delicious.The Terrace Restaurant staff were also amazing ensuring every detail was covered and the Manager even got to know our drinks order over the five daysThe rooms are spacious. The Spa is fabulous. There is an indoor and outdoor pool.The library, if you want some quiet timeBeautiful grounds to walk in…An amazing Hotel and we will be back next year for Ascot if not beforeThank youS. Toomes

  Another amazing stay

  We are repeat guests to the property but wanted to review it again as we just had our best ever stay there. The staffing continually improves and was slicker/ friendly service throughout this stay despite the hotel being so busy for Royal Ascot and Fathers Day. No one is better than Sharmila who seems to know every guest and make sure everyone is happy. The food was fantastic and while we were so lucky the sun was out and we could enjoy the beautiful terrace, the new Windsor Brasserie option which we’d never seen before was really stunning. Breakfast continues to improve and the à la carte menu as well as buffet is a great improvement. The spa is as good as they come - amazing luxurious facilities.

  Second time here. Would come back again. Although it was Royal Ascot and the busiest week of the year, everything ran to perfection. Eddie was adorable, he gave us a tour on the golf caddy and was so kind and personal as all the staff are.
