    Loved it here, arranged a group annual booking for my angel girls & dealt with Beth all the way through, she was fab, very helpful. On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff, the lounge area & breakfast area was lovely. The rooms are a little tired but that doesn't put this review down as the staff go above & beyond. There was Martin & Ondrea on late shift who were a great laugh. Then on Saturday night we had Aman, Kamal & Ganesh who were brilliant, made us laugh, served us so well & even joined in & had a laugh with us. Honestly the staff make this hotel & should be looked after. Thank you all.

    The hotel staff here are the nicest I’ve ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The bedroom furniture was tired looking but I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the bedroom, reception or the dining room.

    Lovely atmosphere and room bur the bathrooms need updating. I hate climbing over a bath to get a shower. And its dangerous. Food is superb.

    A beautiful property with a large green landscape, a cosy lobby, and fairly spacious rooms. It is a bit dated and could use some maintenance. The staff was professional and the room was clean. Venessa at the bar was exceptionally helpful and kind. The property is located far from the city centre and public transport is erratic, so we preferred Uber. Overall, a cosy place to spend some quality time.

    Stayed for 2 nights . Overall impression reception foyer, bar &dining room very nice .our room however was no where up to 4 star standard.,it was dark &gloomy &very tired We were put in a family room with a put up bed ?? even though there was only 2 of us , the furniture was dark &old making the room even more dark .The phone didn't work at all The hot tap was missing its top , grout around bath showing mould spots , spots of something on the bathroom lino stayed there the whole 2 night stay (it was removable I tried) ,and the dreaded unhygienic shower curtain (pet hate) .This room needs a total upgrade for the £150 per night (inclu breakfast) it is not 4 star .We were attending a function.so booked for convenience .I would not choose to stay again based on the room we had .All the staff were brilliant ,pleasant & helpful. Location is great close to the park &ride
