    Great location as it is near the airport and downtown and mid-town areas and the 24/7 airport shuttle is fantastic. Staff are extremely friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Hotel and room itself are well maintained and very clean. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed here previously and the hotel continues to meet our needs and we enjoy our stay. We will continue to use this hotel when in the area.

    Greta or possibly Gretna at the front desk was not helpful, not friendly, and wasn’t concerned about my issue of booking another night. She said “we don’t have any rooms available at all. We are fully booked.” Yet on booking.com, TripAdvisor, Hotels tonight, and even their own website all had rooms available. I asked why and she said “I don’t know,” and “ I’m not sure why”. I might as well have been talking to a robot since her answers had a markedly flat affect, without any concern or willingness to help solve my question. Her response was “you’ll have to talk to the manager when they get here at 2:00’”. I’ve stayed here many times, over the last five years, and even as a rewards member, I’m seriously considering never staying here again.     I was impressed with yet another stay at this Hyatt Place hotel in Midtown. My room was the cleanest it has ever been and so was the hotel. I took the shuttle to and from the airport and was impressed with the driver's capabilities on such snowy/icy roads. Looking forward to my Spring stay at this hotel!     The staff and the management is poor

    The phone service of this hotel is off and can’t reach out to arrange the shuttle bus. The customer phone number just kept transferring you to someone else. The manager Grace said the shuttle bus is complimentary by calling only. Their shuttle bus is arranged hourly. However they can’t send out the bus without making a call to reserve it even they know their phone is off for two days. I have reached out through e-mail for 8 hours in advance and mentioned the time we need the shuttle bus. There is no any response. Also, they do not refund me the deposit fee when I checked out in Nov. I just noticed they charge me the deposit on my credit card in Dec. when I called back, they refused to give the manager’s name and refuse to give you the reason why they charge me money. They asked me to fill out a form to get the refund. But it is their issues to make this chao and asked me to take care of it. This hotel has big issue on their management. The food is okay, the hotel is clean. Just the staff there is not likely making things right and give you chaos. I hope they can make things better.
