  From the time we checked in until we left our experience was wonderful. Lynn greeted us upon entering the lobby. I had done the online check in. Lynn went over my information gave me a little welcome gift for being gold, the key card to our room and we were on our way. Lynn let us know to please let her know if we needed anything or if she could help in any way. Our room was very nice. The king bed was comfortable per my sister and her husband. The sofa bed was comfortable too. The blackout curtains kept out the midnight sun.The room was very clean. The bathroom spotless. Thank you Neveana. The shower was hot and water pressure good. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There was a large group of about 30 who went to breakfast at the same time, depleting many of the breakfast items within minutes and then asking MiMi many times for more food. Mimi was very polite and professional in her responses and was working as fast as she could to refill breakfast items. Mimi is very sweet and her dedication is very evident to providing all guests with a wonderful breakfast to start their day. Thank you MiMi. I appreciate you! Breakfast had may options. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, make your own waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels, fruit and hot coffee. We did not utilize the shuttle. The hotel is 10 minutes to the airport, very convenient.We enjoyed our stay.Thank you!   It's your problem!!

  our AC/heater sounded like it was coming out of the wall, we downstairs to talk with the desk clerk about it, she said there was nothing she could do about it, the militance man had gone home, We asked for another room her reply was we don't have any . asked to speak to the manager she said she not here, I told her to call her, the lady at the desk told us it was our problem not hers.   Good Overall Hotel in Anchorage

  If you're tall and are tired of bending over in the shower, this is the hotel for you. It was the best shower I've had in a long time! The shower head is a full six-foot-six above the tub floor, and has a strong massage setting too. The whole unit was squeaky-clean, and the king bed was comfy and warm. It was quiet and the view from the fourth floor was amazing.I gave it a four-star rating because the breakfast included little variety and no fruit. There were no chafing dishes to keep the properly-cooked scrambled eggs, sausage, and tater tots warm. Since the only other choices were yogurt and sliced bread with toppings, a line formed at the waffle irons.   Pre- Cruise Stay - Great Value

  Friendly staff - shuttle, front desk, house keeping - who could not do enough for us. Easy check in and check out. Small convenience shop located in lobby with gas stations across the street for other necessities with pharmacy a short walk. Close by pizza with the downtown a quick ten minute uber away. Clean rooms with a nice breakfast area and morning variety. Would stay here again for sure.   Awesome staff. The elevator broke and we were on the third floor. Had to catch a flight. The staff came up and hauled out luggage down three flights. Then loaded up the shuttle and got us to the airport in time. Thank you so much La Quinta. Would totally stay there again.
