This is an excellent hotel.
03 Sept 2026
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.Staff was very friendly and greeted me as Ieft and returned to the hotel.I was surprised to find I had to pay approximately $10.00 per night for parking.Very minor issues: 1. tissue dispenser in the bathroom was empty when I checked in.2. Room was cleaned the third night but coffee and cream & sugar were not replaced. Both issues were cheerfully resolved by front desk staff General Manager, Other at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Annapolis, responded to this review Y9532NYjohnl, thank you for taking the time to leave us review! We appreciate both the positive feedback as well as the constructive feedback, and we will be sure to use this to improve our service in the future! Warning about parking fees
14 Aug 2026
Another Marriott with crazy parking fees that aren’t published until you arrive. $19 a day to park at this place is insane. It’s mid-level Marriott at best and outside the main tourist part. Pure greed, won’t stay here again. I’m Titanium Elite and lifetime Platinum and rethinking my loyalty based on this. General Manager, Other at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Annapolis, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us about your recent stay, aarondU7996CE. We strive to provide our guests with the best value for their travel dollar and apologize if you feel we were not successful. Please feel free to reach out to the hotel directly if you would like to discuss your feedback further offline. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

Good stay with a few minor issues
10 Aug 2026
Stayed here for a night while visiting Annapolis. Room was on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. Plusses: Very friendly staff, large room, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, good breakfast with an excellent coffee bar.Negatives: $10 a night parking fee, loud elevator noise, loud AC, toilet was broken when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again given the rate and proximity to Annapolis. Safe and Quiet

Overall, great place to stay with exception of shower water pressure similar to showering under a gardening can. Will not be staying here again.

Front desk did not recognize me as a platinum member or explain anything about the hotel such as the pool was closed, breakfast hours or parking which was ridiculous to pay for. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Sausage on the biscuit was rancid. Had a card on my car which said I didn't pay for it but had to show my receipt to prove it. Had coffee pods in the room but no coffee maker to use them. Cabinets were too high for me to reach. The only saving graces were housekeepers were very nice, and the room was quiet and comfortable. General Manager, Other at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Annapolis, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay, bonniem672. We are very sorry to hear that our property did not meet your expectations. We work very hard to maintain our hotel and ensure we provide a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience for all guests. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the hotel directly if you would like to discuss this issue further with a member of our management team. Thank you for your feedback.
