  Last minute trip, so we got what we got. I was thankful that we were on the first floor as the elevator was broken. This was just one of the things that was wrong. Pros: The room was a nice big size, and fairly clean. Cons: no kleenex, no paper products of any kind other than the roll of toilet paper on the roll, my mom had no soap at all, so I loaned her one of the two bars I was given. No customer service. The restaurant was for sale/lease, so we didn't bother going there. My room was opposite the laundry room which was extremely popular. Glad it was working! I was happy that I could walk to Walgreens, but that is about it for the location. Not a good place. Avoid.

  Worst hotel ever!

  DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible experience! We were on 4th floor! Elevator was broken, was told it was going to be fixed next day, that didn’t happen! No coffee in rooms, lobby coffee was awful tasting! Hardly any towels in rooms! We requested housekeeping so we could get trash emptied and some towels and they never showed up! Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Someone doesn’t know how to run the place! No toiletries in rooms either except a tiny bar of soap upon check in. No instructions on how to call front desk from old outdated phone in room. So used our cell phone to call numerous times. No WI-FI either was horrible! We were supposed to stay a week here, but after 3 nights couldn’t take stairs and no coffee anymore. So we called our booking agent and they moved us to another hotel! The place could use some renovations and for over $250.00 a night wasn’t worth it! DO NOT STAY HERE! Would not recommend or ever stay here again! Very pathetic!

  This property was clean, room was adequate in size, with a disappointing view of a marsh. The fan was extremely noisy, there was only one bath towel for 2 people. The room was just a little worse for wear. The coffe had no flavor. For the high cost it was disappointing

  I had a room and so did a friend for the same night. The only difference in the rooms was a couch and 50.00 . the couch was ratty and ragged. The hot tub was not working. It was just not woth what I was charged. The staff was nice it just seems run down.

  Based on pictures I expected more. I asked for a soap bar at the desk and they didn’t have one. Had to buy my own at Walgreens. Breakfast was terrible. Room was nothing special but clean enough to sleep in. Spectacular view of front desk canopy roof. Lol.
