    The stay was horrible. The receptionist at my check in charged my card even though I paid in full at booking. She had a horrible attitude when I asked her to correct it. She treated me as if I were irritating her. She lied to me about someone fixing it. After 2 hours, I had to physically stand at the desk before she would get the issue fixed. The room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, blood on the torn sheets, stains everywhere. The refrigerator was broken. I lost money on my meal I placed in there. I didn't even bother reporting it bc the receptionist was having an attitude with another guest that was having problems with his air conditioner. It was awful.

    Best Birthday hotel stay ever. The front desk coordinator made sure I was in a quite area so, I could enjoy my stay. The housekeepers were nice as well. Thank you to all staff members that made sure I had a pleasant stay.

    My family and I stayed here to attend my cousin's wedding. The hotel was good I readid have any problems. It was very affordable and I would stay again.

    For 3 weeks in July 2025, I stayed in an odd number room facing the woods, separated from the I-75 I didn’t hear. It was quiet and peaceful. After work hours, when I needed to work online to prepare the following day, the guest WiFi network always worked. I also the guest laundry room twice. The clean washer costs $2.25 and the dryer costs $2. The hotel floor is clean, the room gets cleaned until you put the do not disturb sign on the door handle, the room service is courteous and professional. Last and not least, the room price are affordable. I enjoyed the stay and plan to return to Baymont next year when I return to Georgia.
