    Poor staff, non responsive. Drug use!

    The front desk refused to honor our confirmed reservation after driving 12hrs. I reached out to the regional manager 3 times asking for follow up. Never followed up. After fighting and waiting in the lobby for over an hour they finally let us In our pre paid with a receipt and confirmation room. The carpets where horrible. Both elevators where broken. Sign said last inspected in 2024... so dangerous as well... we used it the 1st 2 days then it was shut off. The hallway always smelled of weed / drugs! Staff acted as if they could not care less.... sad situation and a very run down cheap hotel. Worst Country in and suites ive ever seen!!

    The pictures of the hotel on the website do not represent this hotel! This place is terrible! I was stranded last week in Atlanta and Delta put me up here. It was dirty, stains on the walls of my room and the lobby looks nothing like the pictures. I was trying to rebook my flight and ask for a pen to use and the person at the desk wouldn’t give me one! I ask to buy one from her and she would not. It’s run down and dirty. I didn’t try the breakfast because I was afraid to eat there. Gross. I have no idea how they have good reviews, they must be fake! Awful place!     The hotel lives up to the reviews, The staff we warm and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot breakfast was loaded with real eggs and tons of bacon. Definitely a hotel to visit if you’re in the Atlanta area.     This hotel wasn’t terrible for the price. The bathroom could have been cleaner…there was hair in the tub, which was gross. The bed were fairly comfy and the sheets seemed clean. The carpet has seen better days. I thought the breakfast was decent. Eggs were good…get sausage at the bottom of the pan because it dries out on top. The coffee was ok too.
