    BED BUGS!

    BED BUGS! Arrived at this hotel, after driving 7 hours to meet family and friends for wedding next day. Unpacked our belongings and sat on one of the two beds to find something to watch on TV. First, felt something on my leg. Then, turned to move pillow and saw a bug. Started checking both beds and found multiple, live and crawling bed bugs. Told the front desk and the reaction was "I can switch your rooms." The reaction was as if it was expected or known. Packed our bags and sat in a parking lot at 9:00 pm to search for another hotel. Found Sleep Inn only a few minutes away and a much better choice. The Best Western did refund our money but I still felt compelled to write this review as people need to know. Do not stay here.

    Horrible, desk clerk were patronizing when I discussed the issues, I asked for particial credit was told no.credit

    Desk clerk parked his truck both days we were there so that access to the front entrance was difficult or not accessible. TV in room was snowy on channels, couldn't watch football games or TV. Was told they were new & didn't have the 'black box' installed yet. Desk clerk sat in lobby eating & watching football on big tvBathroom had crystal type substance on counter, video shows me scraping it off with room key card. Breakfast on Sunday morning was from 6:30am til 8:30am. Not worth getting up early. NO USB ports in room. Not in lamp bases, or clock. USB ports in lobby did not work. Stayed here in the past twice, NEVER AGAIN! I have photos i can't get to upload, but if Best Western wants to see them, let me know

    My room is in the middle of the motel they have Wi-Fi but it is only stable enough to stay connected for a few minutes at a time. It disappears off the list of Wi-Fi’s available leaving you unable to connect . I noticed a decal private hotspot I’m assuming other ppl was having trouble I work on the road 9 months out of the year depending on the motel Wi-Fi for work If your not going to maintain you Wi-Fi just say you don’t have this is a trend in a lot of motels I’ve stay in just say you don’t have it I’ll choose a different place then. Okay the motel is a soiled 3 it’s clean fidge microwave beds are sturdy not soft but not so hard you feel bruised in the morning ppl at front desk was very nice

    The place was very clean staff was awesome made us feel right at home and breakfast was so good will be staying again soon my kids was very happy it was not like other places it was quite and relaxing very good experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you best western see you soon

    This property falls into the economy category for me. Hotel is dated yet clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very limited and had a short 2 hour window (630 to 830). Pool and gym were so poor didn't use either. Paid $156/night with taxes. I wouldn't expect to pay more than $100/night for a property like this. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, this property didn't stand up to others that I pay the same price.
