Location

This airport hotel is located just 6.4 km East of the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, along interstate 75.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 188 rooms, including 50 studios and 78 single rooms, located in a 10-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a safe, a cash machine and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities.     This place is infested by roaches. Bad customer service at front desk. I would avoid staying here at any cost.     Laville at the front desk was by far the best experience i've had on my entire international flight. Her, "Good morning, beautiful people", she says. As you walk out the elevator door in the morning. Her attentiveness to ensure we had food in the morning. Her upbeat attitude and genuine care is unparallel in customer service. Laville. Is her name.     Great location near the airport, but definitely a sketchy area. Don't plan to walk the neighborhood. The inside of the hotel has been remodeled, and the employees are very nice. The planes are very loud but it's across the street from the airport, so...     Beware: Erroneous Charges After Checkout

    Be very careful with this hotel. I stayed for two nights using reward points, and the day after checkout I discovered an unexpected $80 charge that was neither incidental nor parking. When I called, the front desk agent admitted the charge was a mistake and processed a refund.The troubling part is that this error would have gone unnoticed had I not carefully reviewed my account. It raises the question of whether the hotel routinely posts erroneous charges and expects guests to catch and dispute them on their own. This kind of billing practice undermines trust and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and internal controls.     A bit far from the airport, but worth the trip

    This this Best Western is further from the airport than we expected, but the hotel is clean attractive, and comfortable. It’s steps away from a 24 hour breakfast restaurant. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The van driver went out of his way to pick us up due to construction at the airport. We had to miss the included breakfast because we left very early to catch our flight. Never the less this hotel was a good value.
