    DO NOT STAY IF WORKING NIGHTS IN THE AREA. This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I've had. I work nights, and despite that, I was repeatedly disturbed in the middle of the day for housekeeping. People who work overnight depend on daytime sleep, and being woken up when you're trying to rest is unacceptable. It's like being woken up at 1 a.m. and told you need to stand in the hall while someone cleans your room.The hotel also didn't even provide microwaves, which is a basic amenity many travelers expect. If you want a hot meal, you're out of luck. I was willing to look past that for the convenience of place and comfortable mattress’sAlso the elevator constantly glitched and acted unpredictably. Having to wonder whether the elevator is going to work properly every time you use it is not something guests should have to deal with.What makes this even more disappointing is that my company had been renting 2–3 rooms here for the past month and was planning to continue staying for the remainder of our job in the area. Instead of retaining a long-term customer, management chose to be rude and dismissive when concerns were brought to their attention. Between the constant interruptions, lack of basic amenities, malfunctioning elevator, and unprofessional management, this hotel showed very little regard for guest comfort or customer service. They have officially lost our business. My company will be moving our rooms elsewhere for the rest of the project, and I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or professionally managed place to stay..

    Stayed on April 20 and again on april 25 on a senior bus trip to savannah,very nice in every way, good breakfast and staff was very nice, only thing, the wifi was weak,it happens sometimes.

    Might be cheaper than other area hotels, but not worth it. Needs overall renovation. Old and lumpy mattresses (literally a dip in the mattress,), old pillows, old, stained carpet. Seems like they just slapped a coat of paint on everything and called it good. Strong odor of paint and cleaning fluid. Do not recommend.

    This Best Western needs repair work done to the building. It was to have been remodeled. If that is the case, they choose a terrible contractor.     This has been the most disappointing experience I've had with Best Western properties. The breakfast was underwhelming and repetitive, with no variety over the four days. There were no options for muffins or bread, only one flavor of yogurt (vanilla) from a machine, and no waffles. The hot items alternated minimally between scrambled eggs, mashed or fried potatoes, and either bacon or sausage. The coffee quality was poor, and I’d recommend getting coffee from outside. Shockingly, there was no water provided at the buffet table, we had to purchase bottled water if we wanted any. Extremely disappointing overall.
