    Horrible! Take your coins to a better Lounge!

    This incident happened today (morning) 7/20/2025. The owner or that rude front desk agent that oversee or works in the morning...Very rude for no reason because I wasn't informed about the correct check in time. I took my business elsewhere and everyone reading this should do the same. PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING THIS HOTEL/BUSINESS!

    Bad service at front desk, had to wait forever for anyone to even be at the desk. Rooms not cleaned for four days, never even saw a housekeeping cart in the halls. Every time you left the room and came back key card would not work, hair dryer in room but did not work. Told they were not meant to. Ice machines did not work. Air conditioner worked but barely. Only one light in the room worked. Outlet did not work and was barely in the wall. Shower curtain was too short so water all over the floor. Elevators and hallways were dingy. Outside doors did not require key card to enter.

    Hotel was close to Titanic expo front lobby was acceptable it ends there rooms dumpy, halls filled with pit smoke, crack heads roaming halls and hanging out front smoking,hallways full of trash and may never have been vacuumed. Run don't walk away from this hell hole

    Man when I say the service was so horrible, its crazy. They gave me the wrong room, then the room didn't have no hot water in which we did not received notice that there was any plumbing problems and then the water was dark brown..... The employees were so rude and nasty that they refuse to even give me my refund. I have been very professional about this situation but it is very sad that they are robbing people of their money, robbing people of their correct room, and wish to get such a nasty attitude with paying customers. I walked up on the so call manager getting rude with a guest and I was told in a nasty combative way that I could check out. There was no sense of compassion for what they have done, but I will not rest until justice is served. Stains all on the walls curtains torn with stains

    DO NOT STAY HERE. THE RooMS ARE filthy the cARPeT STAINED, Curtains ARE FILTHY. I Left 2 days early due to safery concerns, the smell OF MARIJUANA...crowds hanging around OUTSIDE...DRUG DEALING & prostitution AS I WAS CHECKING IN THE POLICE PULLED UP FOR A DISTURBANCE IN THE HOTEL. BY the way the water is not hot, there isn't any free breakfast, pool or workout room as advertised. PLEASE ADD A couple of extra dollars AND STAy SOMEWHERE NICE BECAuse THIS IS A TRAP HOUSE FOR SURE..1 Stars is way too many for this dump.
