  Here for volleyball tournament. The staff were very helpful. Check in and stay was seamless. There was always someone around cleaning inside and outside the building. The staff always checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed.

  I enjoyed my Stay for my birthday. The Staff was great, good breakfast, clean place, breakfast was good.   Property was old, dirty, and rooms were damaged. Furniture was stained and chipped. They charged for parking and it was a shared lot with apartment next door which ate most the parking up.   Staying here was unacceptable and degrading.

  One of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever. The bathtub was not working and the day of entry I contacted the front desk who refused to fix it that day telling me it would be fixed the next day and refused to give us a different room or refund the $600+ we paid to get another room. Was not fixed until after 3'30 pm the second day making it impossible for us to bathe before our event at all. Management was difficult to work with and refused any other room assignment. Additionally the room has torn tattered furniture and carpet and the entry was so warped and cobbled it was dangerous. The inability to take a bath for 2 days because of refusal to fix the issue is unacceptable. Managements refusal to act makes the issue even more egregious. The manager made us feel little and unworthy. I'm sure she was able to take a bath before entering work, yet we paid to be belittled and embarrassed by having to attend our event with no shower. kisha c, at Clarion Inn & Suites, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback.   Hotel is a 2 at best. Very run down, room carpeting buckled. No smart tv in room. Rusty lamps. However breakfast was good and location was convenient but in a questionable area. I define worried about my vehicle in the lot overnight and was approached by a gentleman looking for money or beer. Went to the restaurant next door which was nice and had a lot of character.
