  1st I’ll start with we are gold members. Now used 15,000 points for an overnight at your Cartersville,Ga location, put us in a room on 3rd floor with a refrigerator that whined loudly al nite long! And no curtains, there was a shade but no black out curtains and we were placed right where all the neon light signs were outside our window. It seems everytime we use our points we are placed in one of the worst rooms available. And by the way ……… they were far from being full. Their breakfast has become uneditable. posting a picture of window, but it would not allow the video of the extremely loud noise. The refrigerator made all night long.!   Don’t stay here! Cockroach infestation.

  I typically don’t complain or have any issues at hotels, and I’ve stayed in many. Upon arrival, there were marks on the carpet, the bathroom floors looked dirty, I found a few large roaches and the day we left I found a beetle in the bed. I didn’t ask for a refund, but the front desk offered a partial refund. They were very nice about it & staff were very apologetic. The employees were so nice, but this place is truly an absolute dump. I have never experienced this stuff at a hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

  Safe and very comfortable.

  We stayed here at midnight last minute stop. The staff was more than helpful, the front desk girl assisted us in finding safe parking for our truck and jet ski. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It may need updating but I would gladly stay there again.   Severe maintenance issues

  This place needs some major maintenance. Stayed in room 108 and the mold was so potent that it smacked you in face when you open the door. Then we find out where it was coming from. The bathtub has a huge hole that was “repaired” as you can see in the picture. Which means the water is seeping below the tub and causing mold. The second room that we were given was so hot and the ac was not working. Third room was fine with no mold and everything working with a couple pieces of tile that were cracked.   Hope the owners find a new and profomanager

  My grandson and I often take a break and visit local hotels that have a pool so that he can enjoy his love of the water .We booked a room at this Comfort Inn because we were also visiting Tellus Museum nearby.When we enter the reception area, there were 2 women sitting behind the desk.Neither looked up from a phone or stopped their laughter/personal conversation with each other to even acknowledge us until I said hello.At that point I introduced myself and told her that we had a reservation .She looked on her computer briefly and told me that their policy does not allow for guests that live within 50 miles .I was surprised since I didn’t see anything about this on the site and had never encountered this situation before .I asked if she could please make the exception because my grandson was looking forward to swimming .She didn’t even look up when she said nope, sorry .Ifelt sh gained satisfaction from this somehow .This room was 150 or so but rather than maintaining the great impression and relationship I’ve always enjoyed with Comfort Inn and Suites, she and her friend seemed happy to give that reputation a black eye .
