    I chose this hotel due to the location, I will never in my life recommend this hotel to a family or friend, The staff from the front desk was unprofessional, unhelpful, according to the hotel description it says daily housekeeping false advertisement, I went to the front desk and asked for clean towels and I was told I needed to wait until next day after 9 am meaning you come from a water park all sweaty and can’t take a shower the smell on the hallway is awful and on the parking lot people smoking pot.Don’t waste your money

    I checked into the hotel and we made it to our room. Once in the room we noticed the trash was full, the toilet had not been flushed, there was a used wet towel folded up on the sink and when I looked at the bed it had like tissue and hair on it. We was then moved to another room. At 2:00am in the morning, someone walked into our room where my husband and I was sleeping. So I called down to the front desk, they asked us to have the other person to come down to the front desk. Why would I do that, we were startled and scared. We screamed and they ran out apologizing. The next morning, we went down to the front desk and Leena was the desk manager or supervisor. Although, very nice she suggested a 20% discount because I booked through a third party. Now I am a choice plus member and I am appalled that they do not respect their customers and base their resolve of mistakes on how they accept payment. Check out the pictures of my stay and make sure you check and lock your rooms really good.

    This motel was clean, shower was clean with good hot water. The employees were nice. You could walk to Cracker Barrel for supper. They had plenty of parking and plenty of lighting. They did offer breakfast but we left at 3:00 am so we can’t really review how it was. Our room was a suite for a very reasonable price. It was right off the highway so it was easy on and easy off.

    Roach Hotel

    Had reserved a double queen suite for 9/20/2024. We arrive and think from the looks of the outside, nice hotel! Absolutely disgusting! Our room had ROACHES! They were crawling around on floor and sinks! There were even dead roaches in the room. The room had damage. So, they move us to a king suite, but we had to pay for a second room to accommodate our party! They did not even offer to comp the room based on our suite having roaches! There is NO hot tub as advertised! Just an overall negative experience! Also, take the stairs because the elevators are slow and glitchy!The only positive thing I will say is the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Too bad the rooms were appalling!

    Conveniently located off interstate period decent size room. I had one queen bed that came with a couch and table and good size desk area. very clean. one of the light bulbs in one of the bedside lights was out but I was able to work around it. I will note that the either ceilings/floors are very thin or the people above me were walking very heavily as I could hear steps and walking above me and several occasions during my stay. Fortunately it was not enough to keep me awake or otherwise interfere with my use and enjoyment of the room.Very good lemon infused water in the lobby. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and ample parking. Breakfast was average, nothing exceptional but an adequate start. Overall it is a good bargain for the location and relative convenience as there are many fast food restaurants, a Walmart, and other amenities all within five miles. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.
