  Toilet did not work and have no rooms to put us in. We had to use parents restroom. Did not want to leave because if was a group of us. 7:00pm tried to kick us out our room pounding on our door telling us we didn't pay. Only to find out it was a computer error and we were fine. No apology from staff for pounding on our door and cussing my mom out.   I traveled to Georgia for a church event and needed a hotel to stay at. Since I wasn’t familiar with the area at all, I was a little nervous about where to book. I found this hotel on Expedia, made my reservation through Expedia, and then called the hotel directly to confirm everything — which gave me extra peace of mind.When I arrived, I chose to pay in person, and the process was smooth and simple. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and professional. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable right away.One thing I really appreciated was the location. There are plenty of stores and food places around the hotel, many of them open until late at night, which was super convenient after long church event days.Everyone at the hotel was willing to help with any concerns I had. The staff was patient, respectful, and attentive. Overall, my experience was excellent, especially considering I came in knowing nothing about the area. I’m so glad I chose this place and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Georgia!   Worst night sleep

  The worst night sleep. Wake up alarm went off every hour from 3 am until 6am. We didn’t request not request this especially because we already spent two nights there with no wake up calls. Picked up phone and hung it up and still kept going off. When confronted staff at desk about getting that night charge removed from bill due to the torturous night they said they couldn’t do nothing about it. I will spend my hotel money elsewhere. We used to enjoy comfort Suites. No more.   Booked a room 3 weeks in advance and was called at 5pm on the day of check in and told they overbooked and there was no rooms available. DO NOT RECOMEND!!
