    Other than outside security, this place was wonderful. Comfortable beds, kind staff, and great location. We were very off-put by the unfriendliness from the security guard. We made friends with other guests there that later joined us for lunch before our flight- and we all agreed on how wonderful the stay was, but we equally felt uneasy with the outside guard and all had a negative experience with her. Instead of making guests feel safe like you'd expect, she was intrusive. Even with a kind approach, she did not meet it with a kind response. She had smoking guests who were approximately 30 feet to the left of the entrance at the edge of the covering (it was raining), move right in front of the entrance where we park our vehicles to unload- maybe 5-8 ft from the entrance, directly in front of the building. When the side area made more sense, was less bothersome and more distant from the lobby. It seemed she spent her time there looking for problems, rather than making the place feel problem- free and safe. But honestly, that was worth witnessing when you weigh it against the rest of the experience. The cleaning staff was kind and polite, the front desk helpful and inviting, the rooms cozy and clean. And the airport was only a 6 minute drive. We will be happy to stay again, and simply avoid enjoying the outdoors when security is there. Overall, it was a 10/10, and only lost a staffing point for that small reason, that is easy to overlook. It's definitely in the top 3 places we've stayed near the airport, and will be noted as a future lodge for our company meets and layovers.

    Absolutely disgusting and dirty !!!!! The whole building is run down and the carpets are stained and soiled. Hair on the bathroom floors. Whoever is cleaning just doesn’t care.

    Extremely dirty and prostitution present on premises. Had to book another hotel for me and my family and lost my money for this one

    The day staff was awesome. The night person not so much. Due to remodeling the pool wasnt ready, however the person that checked me in let me know ahead of time.
