    Five stars. Easy to book, easy to check in.Nice shower, temperature was good, the floor was not slippery and the water was not so soft like other hotels where it takes so long to try to rinse off.The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good to get on the road quickly. No complaints, all good.

    Third time to stay here, but still the same great experience. We were allowed to check in very early and was recognized as Elite members. The rooms were clean, everything you need such as toiletries are always filled. Breakfast was awesome too. Lots of variety, and they change it up every day. This was a plus for us staying for several days. Amenities are top notch. I can safely say this is one of the best hotels in the area. Highly recommended.

    This hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff has all been friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Grits, sausage, fruit, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, bagels, toast and fixings. We were pleased with everything and will stay again. Good find, good value.

    We stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Galleria/Ballpark, GA for a night while exploring The Battery District. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for our short stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we felt secure thanks to attentive on-site security. The free breakfast was a great touch, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were the perfect relaxation after a day out. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to return!

    They didn’t allow me to check in my room that was booked weeks prior to my stay . They said they would issue a refund but I never received an refund even after calling multiple times. On the phone they stated the refund was on the way but was never received.
