    I checked into Country Inn Canton GA yesterday with a clear written confirmation for a room with two queen size beds for myself and my 17 year old son. Instead, I was given a room with one king size bed. Even after I showed the front desk my email confirmation proving that I had booked two queens, I was told their system showed a king room and they refused to acknowledge the documentation I provided.What makes this even more frustrating is that nothing has been done to fix the issue, even after an entire day. No room change. No guidance. No credit. No attempt to accommodate us or correct their mistake. Just indifference and a refusal to help.It is completely unacceptable to ignore written proof of a reservation, especially when a mother and teenage son are expected to share one bed because of the hotel’s error. I am still waiting for the room I reserved, paid for, and can clearly document.I genuinely hope management takes this seriously and addresses this immediately.

    Rooms were very clean and spacious. Could use some updating but fine for a couple nights. Also surprisingly quiet. We were right next to the elevator but never heard it or anyone else.

    There are not many options on Canton but this is rated one of the best and for good reason. The room was clean and well serviced, no issues there. The front desk folks were very helpful and the morning breakfast was good as well, just don't expect a gourmet meal but still, it's nice to have a hot breakfast. I will likely stay here again when visiting Canton.

    Avoid this hotel. The elevator was broken our entire 4 day stay. The first floor reeked of weed and tobacco. The hallway floors were never cleaned. Our key cards never worked. We had to have 3 sets and we still had swipe multiple times. There was mold near the tub on the wall. The ac/heat system has never been cleaned and we all have sore throats and coughs. When we would leave the room, our coughs would stop. Over charged our card and had to have it cleared. Coffee was good and front staff was nice. Walls were paper thin. At 5 am our neighbor was awake talking and the sound carried over so well that I thought he was in my room.If you read reviews on Google, people mention cockroaches being in their room and food.

    Stayed 5 nights for work. Great experience everybody that works his is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options and very clean room
