    when I arrived. I was given the incorrect room. When I reached out to the attendant because when I walked into the room that I was assigned that he was blasting the room was 80+ degrees and there was no Jacuzzi like I had booked for, the attendant at the front desk told me know unfortunately sometimes there’s a miscommunication with the system. When booking the hotel room and that if the room was empty, I would be able to get the room. He went downstairs, checked the room was occupied. He proceeded to call his manager and explain the situation. She with a very hostile and loud response told him that I had to take whatever they had available or I can call the booking place that I booked with and let them know that they booked me with a room that was already occupied and to cancel my reservation and refund my money. At this point I had already driven nine hours to get to this hotel from Florida. I stated to the gentleman this is no way a customer should be treated by from manager and walked away. I went back upstairs, and although I had changed the heat button to the AC, the room was still extremely hot. Called the attendant and said hey I apologize for what happened. I’m not angry at you. This is out of your control, but could you switch the room? I’m in because it’s still extremely hot. He said yes, but let me go check on the rooms to make sure that none of the heaters are turned on. He proceeded to meet me at the front desk after checking the rooms gave me a key to a different room said hey the room is not cold cold but it’s not hot either. I went upstairs into the room, carrying all my bags again to enter a room that the bed was definitely slept in and the sheets weren’t changed. The pillows had hair on them as if they weren’t changed from the person who was there prior to me there was food that was old and half eaten in the microwave the pillows in the closet that I was going to change for the ones that were on the bed were completely stained with no covers on them. There were no extra sheets in the room the hallway was extremely warm and did not smell pleasant. This by far has been the worst experience while traveling.

    Room keys turn off at 10am. 3rd floor always reaks of marijuna. Breakfast is just ok. Walmart & many restaurants within walking distance.

    I was tired from a FULL day of working like crazy and it was clean, SUPER comfortable bed, QUIET and had the amazing curtains that allow no light in. I haven't slept so good in a while.

    Very Unprofessional . I would never recommend this hotel. Bugs are a norm here. They forgotten about customer care.
