    convenient location horrible horrible staff. USBs in every room is a façade none of them work. Learned the hard way they are just a franchise and don't have to answer to anybody You still have a parent company and there always the BBB. I was treated unjust. It is important to me this behavior doesn't get repeated to the next consumer therefore,I will be going all the way up the corporate ladder.     Spiderwebs, crumbs, weed stink and cockroaches OH MY!

    This was a place to lay your head. We checked in about 11:30/midnight meeting up with my best friend and her family after a long drive for both of us. Hallways and elevator smelled like weed, room had a huge spiderweb in the corner, crumbs on the floor in the corners and along the baseboards. Floor was LVP with the cheap, plastic, flexi classroom baseboard. Beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and clean. Breakfast was very lack luster. Hashbrowns were soggy and stuck together, general breakfast food was very prevalent but nothing spectacular or noteworthy.However the big issue was about 4:15am when I found a baby cockroach in the bathroom. I managed to corner it and take a picture of it (attached) and then went to the front desk and showed her (she put it into the computer that it was a FLY). She apologized and said she would text the manager so we could have a discount upon checkout. She also said that they NEVER have this issue but they believe me. We checkout and the discount was 10%; my friend and I expressed our displeasure and were told we needed to reach out to the general manager. My friend and I called for about 2 weeks trying to reach the general manager (Mrs Patel, the owners wife) and no response to notes left from the front desk staff, voicemails or emails. I was finally able to reach the front desk manager and was given 50% off the room total and was told if we wanted an additional discount we needed to speak to the general manager and the front desk manager said she would leave yet another note for Mrs Patel to return my call.Long story short 6 weeks after our stay I was able to get the name of the owner and found out his wife is the general manager. Spoke to him and he said I needed to speak to her. I received a phone call from her seconds after hanging up with her husband. She told me that she relived 50% off the room was sufficient compensation considering the circumstances (what circumstances she never elaborated on) but customer service all around seems to be lacking here. Suffice to say we will never be staying here again due to the lack of accountability here.

    Excellent place to stay! Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants plus a movie theatre is right across the road if you have time for a movie. Breakfast is not great but adequate.Staff is very courteous and quick to help.Would definitely stay again.B.

    We went through some issues between the Hotel and Expedia, about some charges, but the Hotel Manager took care of the issue. Clean, secure and comfortable. Employees are friendly. We enjoyed the warm breakfast bar, very closed to 2 shopping centers and Wendy's and Metro cafe Dinner.

    My family came down for just a one day to go to Stone Mountain. We wound up getting in a car accident trying to turn into the park exit from the hotel. Everyone was fine but it really put a daper in a wonderful family trip. Going back to the hotel after it happened we were not sure what to do. However, we met an angel named Edwina that works at the front desk. She is one of the most wonderful and nicest people I have ever met. She got us rooms before check in time to let us calm and recollect ourselves. Gave our son a safari hat to lighten his spirits. Even told us were to go to get our truck looked at to make sure it was safe to drive the 2.5 hour trip home. I dont know what we would have done without her.
