    I was scheduled to arrive 3/15/26, unfortunately delta Airlines canceled multiple flights to Atlanta...(this is on the news) i called to inform them on 3/15 what happened and they told me i still had to pay for the room because it wasn't canceled 24hours in advance. Are yoh kidding me, my flight was canceled while i was at the gate, then canceled again on 3/16/26. What ever happened to good business decisions, or just good business courtesy. I guess if we have a natural disaster Marriott would expect us to pay ...LOL...you should NEVER lose a customer because of poor service and common sense....i stay in Marriott hotels 3 weeks out of every month....i will be seeking and searching for an alternative.

    Most courteous hotel ever

    The manager-in-training was the most courteous hotel manager I had ever met. And the administrators here obviously surround themselves with the most courteous people ever from housekeepers and shuttle drivers to front desk personnel. I slept so well with no allergies at all. It is clean and quiet and safe and comfortable. It was worth the extra cost over the cheap, creepy place down the street. They matched the Trip Advisor rate so just in case I had an allergic reaction, I could get the second night refunded. Not just five stars but well worth ten!

    Worst Marriott Ever. FAR below usual standards

    This is easily the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. It falls far below the standards of any other Marriott I’ve stayed at. It was dirty, the hallways are dark and depressing, the property reeked of weed. The staff were generally friendly but not trained well. It is nothing more than a blatant ripoff of travelers stranded at the airport. The ONLY reason it stays in business is the airport. It would not survive elsewhere. There are zero perks whatsoever for elite status, not so much as even a bottled water in the room. There was an empty water dispenser in the lobby but no cups and evening staff were very unconcerned with refilling it. I was told there was water available for purchase, 4.50 for a small bottle. What a scam. The “cafe” on site was also terrible, with staff too busy chatting and on their phones to be concerned with customers. We arrived almost an hour before closing but the ladies working there were apparently ready to leave, they made it clear they were not happy about us showing up so we just left and ordered in from a local restaurant. Terrible experience in all.

    Bistro Tanked This Overall Rating

    This would have been rated a five had we not dined at the Bistro. That experience was so bad it brought overall rating down to a three. They are lucky we didn’t enter a one or two.Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay and park rate. Airport shuttle was easy to use and convenient. This part was 5/5.The Bistro is an embarrassment to this hotel. This was the first time EVER we were not allowed to add food purchase to our room bill so we missed out on Marriott points. I have a severe allergy to peppers. That is why I asked what was on their quesadilla before ordering. There was a 5 minute conversation that it is only bacon, cheese and chicken. My husband participated in the conversation saying fantastic “you can eat it” I tripled checked and each time she said yes, nothing else on it. When we got the finished item it also had a funky sauce and peppers. I politely spoke to the person who took our order (Aunjalea) saying you told us this was only bacon, chicken and cheese. She just shrugged. No apologies, etc. The person who made the food recommended we “just pick them off” Clearly we didn’t do that. No offer to remake or refund. We had to throw the food in the trash. Never again will we eat at the Bistro.     The bartender (lady on duty December 10) was great and the only friendly employee we encountered during our visit! This hotel needs management! The front desk is the worst… the shuttle was late well exceeding the 20mn required… cocktails at the bar are expensive for a low end hotel ($15 each)… no coffee and no tea in the lobby was surprising! I berthing gets charged as a supplement… beware! Disappointing for a Marriott! Will not return!
