    Comfortable Beds

    We stayed two nights and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows. It is beside multiple shopping centers and restaurants. The only negative was the rooms were small if you have a family and you could hear people outside being loud the first night. But that can happen at any motel. The motel is located about a mile off the exit.     Great, especially for a Days Inn

    This is one of the best Days Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was minimal and what you expect from a budget hotel. The only complaint I had was that the shower head needed a new washer as it was mildly leaking.     We stayed here for one night before a meeting the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The bed linen was wonderful - crisp yet soft. The bed was perfect for me - firm. My only concern was a vague musty smell around the bathroom basin, but would definitely stay again.     AWFUL HOSPITALITY-SMOKE SMELLING, AGED/SHABBY ROOMS

    AWFUL, SHABBY SMOKE SMELLING ROOM AND TYRANT AT FRONT DESK.This motel used to be “comfy” when we stayed here 4 years ago. On that very first stay we had an issue with 3 cockroaches in our room. We had arrived very late at night so we decided to try a room on the opposite side of the building. The woman was very apologetic about this. The new room was clean and comfortable. We saw them exterminating the room the next day. Fast forward 4 years and the place has gone downhill. It is run down, smelly, and noisy. There were a ton of workmen in the parking lot walking around shirtless and drinking at night. We came in very tired and feeling flu-ish at midnight and the room reeked of cigarette smoke! We immediately called the owner at the front desk to say that we would like to switch rooms the next day because the smell was so dank. By the morning we were so sick and congested, we slept in and just dealt with it. Two days later we were so sick we would not feel like driving the rest of the way down to Tampa. I walked to the office to check in for an extra day. By now the cigarette smell did not matter due to congestion. I spoke with the owner again about it and asked him to make a note of my initial call about the odor. He immediately got defensive and accused me of smoking in the room. His reasoning was that we had already slept 2 nights in the room and if it smelled like smoke it was because we must be smoking. He angrily said that if the room smells like smoke he would charge us a fee. I replied that we have never smoked in our life and that the we had only stayed in the room because we had been sick and too weak and tired to move. He was awful. I could not believe this was happening to us. We are at this very moment packing our belongings and leaving this terrible place and it’s Tyrant of an owner. We are stunned by this unfair treatment and will never come here again. We are beginning to think this guy probably does this regularly just to charge people an extra fee. If he tries to charge us we will definitely fight it tooth and nail!     I was very happy to stay here. The room was cleaned every day i felt very safe and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again in a heart beat. I traveled with kids too and always felt very safe.
