    Terrible experience. Smelled like cigarretes, trash overflowed in the bins, dirty, dark hallways, non-guests looking like homeless people walking around the hallways, making us feel unsafe, dirty room, sheets with stains. Even when we checked out there was a Police car in the hotel grounds making us think someone had to call them to check on something. We reported all this to the front desk attendant right after checking-in and getting to the room, but he would not accept or claim and did not cancel our reservation or provided a refund.

    Sheets so scratchy I had to put a towel on them to sleep. Promised Continental breakfast, but morning clerk lied to me and said it was out at 5:30. Morning clerk was a jerk about giving me a receipt, because I asked for the promised coffee.

    The rooms were horrible. There was a lot of people hanging out outside looking in my car. The refrigerator was nasty. I will never stay at this hotel again

    Turned down bed covers. Uncovered 2 poo smears. Picture below.Elevator not working. Asked for a non-smoking room, but not on the 3rd floor. Couldn't accommodate. (age 67, bad knees & hip w/ heavy luggage.Went down for breakfast. They only had 3 dry oatmeal packets, juice & coffee. I feel as if I had paid to get a breakfast & they had none.     The worst place I ever stayed. There were 2 roaches that greeted us at the door. There was no toliet tissue. The room smelled weird. The bathroom floor and shower dirty. Thank goodness I had some Lysol! If I could get my $$ back I would.
