Located 8 km from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the airport’s MARTA station, the hotel is just a short drive away from the many Atlanta, Georgia, attractions. It is also 2 km from the Georgia International Convention Center. This hotel is just a short drive from HiFi Buys Amphitheatre, Turner Field, Zoo Atlanta, Georgia State Capitol, the Martin Luther King National Historic Site and more.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 232 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi are provided as well. A shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer is also provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, billiards, a spa and a solarium.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Choose Airport North instead

    The initial interaction with the front desk was unpleasant. It felt as if me checking in was a problem. I believe the agent's name was Cynthia or something with a C. I greeted her and complimented her nails and her response was "may I have the ID and credit card you used for the reservation." No, thank you, hello how are you doing, welcome to Hilton, or Embassy Suites NOTHING. She treated her coworker Ken the same way. My card was charged an extra $100 and after asking why she stated it was for incidentals not informing me prior to the charge. The first room was dirty and outdated with stained furniture. After expressing to Ken my desire to change rooms, he nonchalantly asked me to explain what was dirty in the room, as if it being dirty was not enough. The second room was just as dirty and outdated so someone from housekeeping was sent to the room. After taking pictures and conferring with the front desk I was moved to another room that was just the same. The only reason I did not ask to cancel my reservation was because the room was for my niece to get ready for her Sr prom and we were already pressed for time. The housekeeper asked why didn't we ask for a renovated room as I didn't know anything about renovated rooms. We were moved for a fourth time to a renovated room that was cleaner and more spacious. The floor was still sticky and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly practically about to come off. The cleaning is still not up to par. There's supposed to be 2 complimentary waters in each room, there was only one and I was even getting brushed off for that. It was loud partying after 1am. Breakfast was subpar, the omelet was the best thing. Mr. Nate did an amazing job. It was seasoned well and tasted delicious. The hot items were cold and flavorless. The waffle mix dispenser needs to be fixed. The staff in that area was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Mark has a welcoming personality and made checkout easy.     Unacceptable behavior from van driver

    Hotel stay was pleasant. Front desk was helpful and kind. However, the older van driver on duty on 4/19/26 during the afternoon was very rude and undeniably aggressive behind the wheel. He raised his voice to me commanding me that I get in the van, in front of my wife while I helped her with her luggage. Completely unacceptable behavior from a visibly disgruntled employee with no sense of manners whatsoever.     What Happened to this Place?

    We stayed here in the past and were always happy with the park and fly option. It's been several years, but we tried it again, and were so disappointed. Room was typical, but worn and outdated; breakfast was chaotic making it hard to find what you need. Most staff were nice, but when we complained about the AC not working in our room as we were leaving, the staff became very rude and belligerent. Turns out, many patrons were complaining about the AC, including airline crew. Won't be returning!     I was gong to give this a 2 because the front desk lady was nice. But then I remembered she was never at the desk between 9am and 10am, with nobody else to cover for her, while she went to get leftovers from breakfast. My flight into ATL was super early so I can’t check in for another 4hrs. So there won’t be a room review, unless it needs one later. Now…onto the hotel itself. If you enjoy the odor of marijuana, welcome home!! I’m presently in the lobby looking up and painters cloths hanging all over half of the 5th floor. A sign at the desk says they’re doing renovations. So that explains that. Would have been nice to see that information prior to booking. Not a fan of being woken up by the sound concrete being mixed and dry vacs. But at least the cloths are there to provide some dust mitigation, I assume. The furniture in the public spaces is an interesting mix. The renovated stuff, pretty nice. The pleather cloth couches and chairs, wow!! Looooong overdue to be replaced!! I’ll attach pictures. Oh, a customer is back at the desk trying to find a luggage cart, still. Apparently the hotel only has a single one. Looking around this place gives off vibes of a run down nearly abandoned shopping mall from the 1960s that still has two stores somehow still open and trying to cling on. I tried to change my reservation on the Hilton Honors App since I’m a member. I found another Hilton property with vacancy. The rep on the phone said I’d be changed the cancellation fee because I had already checked in. It’s almost 11am. Early check in is at 3pm. So how’d I check in? oh! Because the Hilton App told me it was time to check in yesterday and I got tonic which room I would stay in. So apparently I’m locked into this property unless I want to just eat what I’ve already paid, but yet I can’t get to the room that I’m supposedly already checked into. Makes sense. If you’ve made it this far, thanks! I hope this was informative and helpful. I’d advised anyone to call first and see if the renovations are done before booking.
