    The staff here was excellent! Top notch! The room was great, everything seemed nice and new. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were all respectful, greeted you nicely, and took care of your needs. Housekeeping seemed to work as a team also.     Stayed here for two nights in a top floor corner jr suite and overall had a good experience. The location is decent, with a Cracker Barrel next door, but not a ton of restaurant options nearby, but still in close proximity to downtown and ATL airport. The suite was fresh and clean, though the layout deviated somewhat from the typical Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly, and the pool area was beautiful. Breakfast was very tasty, but the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. Also, late checkout was only extended to 12:30, which felt a bit stingy (for Gold/Diamond). All in all a solid stay, but some small improvements would make it even better.     The absolute worst expericence ever!!!!!

    We stayed at this hotel from December 24-27 while visiting our son for Christmas. We booked because we'd stayed here before. The first night (Christmas eve) I felt something crawling on me and I just dismissed it (what I didn't know the first night was that my wife had found a roach in the bathroom too). The second night (Christmas night), again I felt something crawling on me and turned on the light and it was a roach. I immediately went into the bathroom and turned on the light and there were several roaches in the shower. And these were nasty German cockroaches that usually implies an infestation. We didn't have time to report this to the front desk the next morning as we were rushing out to see our son before he went to work (26th). When we returned I explained the situation and was told to talk to the front desk manager the next morning. The next morning I discussed our disapproval and was offered a $60 discount and given a change of rooms. We explained that we should not be charged for a room that is infested with roaches and that this was certainly not up to Hilton's standards. The front end manager gave us the card for the general manager and we left a message after checking out, but a call was never returned. We received and email from corporate about our complaint and was offered another $60 discount (which incidentally we have not received). In my 50+ years of life I have never been in a hotel room that had an infestation of roaches and had them crawling on me in the middle of the night TWICE! Had this been handled to our satisfaction there'd be no problem, but we feel that the Hilton Company and more specific this hotel dropped the ball on this one. This is not typical of our usual Hamptonality and welcoming staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience.     This was a awesome hotel I stayed only one night, it's worth the money, my grand kids loved it, even have a mini store and wash machine, breakfast was awesome, parking was great location near restaurant.     The hotel was wonderful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable; the pillows were good also. The bathtub was easy to get n and out of. Breakfast was very good. They served eggs and sausage, with waffles. The clerk beat the online price we found.
