    Solid airport location, just needs some updating.

    Evening staff was helpful but clearly there is communication issues between housekeeping and front of the house as well as maintenance in front of the house. First room I was given housekeeping had not turned second room. I was given maintenance replaced the batteries in the door, but the door still wouldn’t open third room I was given was OK..     Roach motel

    woke up to something crawling on me and it was a damn roach!!! i got up to kill it and it ran under the bed and when i moved the bed there was more! IMMEDIATELY packed my stuff and went to the front desk to get another room even though i wanted to leave but i was there on business with associates. The front desk lady had the NERVE to give me an ATTITUDE and then telling me that i had to WAIT because it was "Shift change" . Absolutely disgusting for a Hilton hotel.     Pool is closed for an unknown amount of time. this was not disclosed until after we were charged and checked in. We chose the hotel because of the outdoor pool and now stuck on vacation in 90+ degree weather with no water option!     Hampton Atlanta airport is my favorite hotel .

    I felt refreshed as the automatic doors to the lobby opened for me. The air felt fresh the front desk manager greeted me in a gentle familiar manner. Yet we had never met. I felt as if I was home seeing the coffee counter. Our room was as expected clean bright fresh and comfortable, I rested for a couple of days. Yet when I decided to raise early one morning for breakfast the spread did not disappoint. One added treat was another front desk manager who also spoke in a gentle tone. I complemented the Hotel and shared my room number as I filled my coffee cup and returned to the high counter in the dining area. A couple moments passed before this same lovely front desk manager greeted me by name. This was a subtle gesture impressed me. She knew my name because she took the time to look me up. I thought to myself this Atlanta area Hampton Inn is by far the best I have visited in years. I am a Hilton Honors member. I don't travel as much as I had in past years Still I so appreciate my current experience. Hampton Inn has maintained a special star on my list Make that FIVE Stars.
