    Richard and Anton were the perfect hosts for our time in Atlanta at the Hampton Inn and Suites-Galleria. We had a great time coming over from Mississippi to watch the Braves.     overall great hotel. TV’s were a little faulty, but the workers here were extremely kind and happy throughout our 3 day stay.

    Traveling regularly between Ohio and Florida, we’ve stayed at dozens of hotels along I-75. This trip, we picked this hotel based on the reviews and the fact that our drive time for the day would put us near here; we wanted to battle Atlanta’s traffic in the morning rather than face it in the evening rush hour. So it wasn’t that we were seeking out this hotel in particular—it was just in the right location.Despite the good reviews, we were stunned by how nice this hotel really is. Checked in by Cyrus, who couldn’t have been any more welcoming. Parking is free, which really surprised me, given the location. Rooms are lovely, clean and quiet. Breakfast was better at the top end of what’s typically served at Hampton Inn. Cyrus let me know at check in that as a Gold member, there was a bag of welcoming goodies in our room. I didn’t pay much attention to what he said. It’s a pretty standard offer and it’s usually a couple small bottles of water and maybe a bag of chips or a candy bar. Not here. Two huge gourmet cookies and a brownie. That’s unusually generous.The biggest surprise? The hotel is in the newly created “Battery” area of Atlanta, built around the new Atlanta Braves baseball stadium. Even though there wasn’t a home game the night we stayed, the neighborhood was lively, with a good mix of casual and upscale dining options, nice retail establishments and brand new apartments. Just a really fun area. All in all, for just a quick overnight stop while on a road trip, this hotel was an absolute home run (yes, the baseball reference is deliberate).One of my favorite Hampton Inn’s ever. It’s pretty apparent that management and staff care about their property and their guests.

    This was the cleanest, most organized and pleasant Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. We spent Memorial Day weekend in Atlanta and we were close everything. We were able to walk from our hotel to the battery and to the Atlanta Braves game the front desk people were extremely helpful and . Even more so was Cedric who helped ensure that everyone staying there at the hotel had parking spaces. That may seem odd but on the weekend of three day games, you want to make sure that you can park in the hotel that you are staying in and other people aren’t poaching the parking lot. The breakfast was incredible fresh constantly replenished, and they have ample space in the dining room and also opened their banquet room for overflow. I would highly suggest this location and this Hampton Inn.

    We took our family for a weekend trip to go to a Braves game and also do some sightseeing in Atlanta. What a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean and convenient to both the interstate and the battery. The walk to the Braves game was quick and easy. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk clerks, Anton and Richard, were particularly wonderful and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. They also took the time to give us advice on things to do and how to easily navigate the battery. Will definitely stay here again for our next Braves game!
