    Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard, but plentiful. The pool was too warm.     Disgusting Hotel and Management

    If I could give it zero stars I would! Room was dirty, couch was so dirty, someone left their clothes tucked on the side of the couch before us so the room was obviously not cleaned well. All water was cold, showers and sink. Make sure to take soap to the pool because that’s where all the hot water is. Management was terrible, notified them and they didn’t recommend room change only points added. Dawn D was very rude and dismissive! Rakeem stood in the shadows like a coward after I confronted the front desk. Dawn called rudely (im gonna assume it was because I had already left for the day, she wasn’t brave enough to speak with me when she got in) as if no one told her what was going on. She plainly stated, “so what’s the problem”, as if I came at her with disrespect! When I notified Dawn of the situation she plainly stated “so what do you want?” As a manager this is unacceptable. Rosalyn was very sweet! She should switch places with Dawn! Other workers we talked to said they always get complaints about the water being cold. Don’t pay attention to that rating of 4.5 there must be a glitch in the system, it should say .5! Enjoy if you stay here though, I didn’t! I guess I paid what it was worth though!     Great if you like a cold shower

    Overall, this is a nice hotel and my room was well-appointed, but the ice cold shower will keep me from returning. I was supposed to stay there again in March but will have to find somewhere else because that is one thing I can’t deal with. Rakeem at the front desk is very pleasant and made me feel welcome as an Honors Member which hardly happens anymore.     Stayed here thinking I’d get a restful night and a refreshing start to the day… turns out I got a masterclass in irony instead.Let’s start with the bed — it has a dip so deep I’m pretty sure I qualified for frequent-flyer miles just rolling into it. Clearly worn out and way past its prime. It may look stylish, but sleeping in it feels like camping in a hammock someone forgot to hang properly.Now for the morning “shower experience.” For two mornings straight I enjoyed what can best be described as a light misting of tepid water… emphasis on tepid. Not hot. Not even warm enough to pretend. And because the shower is completely open — no curtain, no door — you just stand there slowly freezing while low-pressure droplets politely suggest you might be getting clean someday. It’s less “spa morning” and more “survival challenge.”The frustrating part is that the hotel looks nice at first glance. Good design, modern vibe… but functionality matters. Comfortable beds and hot showers aren’t luxury requests — they’re basics.If you’re coming for aesthetics, you’ll probably snap a great photo. If you’re coming for rest and a hot shower… pack a sense of humor and maybe a winter coat.     This location provided an easy 20-30 minute drive to the Aquarium at 8:30 am. Easy access to I-285 and it's connections as well as moving around locally. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and always available if needed. There were MANY restaurant options from walking across the parking lot to a short 1 mile drive. Overall it was a VERY good experience and would stay here again.
