  We skip around between Marriott Hilton and IHG. Always surprised how thorough hard working cleaning ladies are at these establishments. However, the housekeeping at our recent stay was slapdash. Replenish towels, refill the soap and run the vacuum/sweep is basic but yet challenging here. Also the surly front desk attendants were just unpleasant for no reason. Is it hard to crack a smile? Say welcome? Make eye contact? Not make simple request to refill something that should have been done a put-upon? It’s like they were trained by state run B&B. Felt like there were 2-3 people who did prob 80% of the work here. Upper mgmt should do a standards audit. 5 stars for location.

  Used to be our favorite but it seems to be slipping. We have stayed here a number of times. There are 5 hotels in the area and this is the only one that doesn’t seem to have cleanliness, bugs or noise issues.Our first stay was remarkable – along with the clean quiet room with comfortable bed, strong wifi and good water pressure – super friendly staff, great breakfasts in a US hotel, hot beverages and fruit available 24/7, weekday happy hour with wine, beer, soda and cheese/cured meats. The breakfast has the standard Hampton Inn rotating hot items: scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, western style omelets, egg white frittata, black pepper eggs, bagel topper; with maple sausage slices, pork sausage patties, chicken sausage patties, turkey sausage link, pork ham slices, and (when you’re lucky) bacon; and redskin potatoes (these really need to be crispy not soggy and often served), hash brown patties, biscuits with gravy, pancakes; waffle maker with toppings (not the best we’ve seen – Boston had mini m&m’s and whipped cream)And MORE: full size Chobani Greek yogurts, Chobani flip yogurts, fresh cut fruit including pineapple and strawberries, hot sauce packetsCons: QR code tip cards everywhere (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast on every table)The last couple of stays things haven’t been quite the same. One morning the cut fruit was melon only. The breakfast staff member was hoovering in a super uncomfortable way.And over hundreds of hotel stays and the few rare times I’ve ever had to speak to a GM, I’ve never encountered a General Manager like Ylan because she really does not care what you have to have to say or need because “this is a business… it’s not our problem…”.

  The Hampton Inn is the Hampton Win!!

  I’m in love with this hotel. I love how clean it is, love how quiet it is, love the attentiveness of the staff at all levels, love the cleanliness, the well maintained property, the clean pool (plenty towels and sun beds), the location with the perfect balance of town and nature, the breakfast (which is a different menu each day), the complimentary 24/7 coffee counters with snacks and fresh fruit bowl. Business office with printer, a gym, a furnished patio with a grill, a large dining space with tables, a long communal table, several comfortable couches. The furniture in the rooms is all new, the mattresses are super comfortable, there are additional rolling cube-seats in the room, so the seating isn’t reduced to just the beds. The pictures on the website don’t lie, they aren’t only staged to attract guests and not fulfill on the experience. Our room is exactly how it appears in the photos, and I had to put on sunglasses for the bathroom how gleaming clean it is. Highly recommend this hotel for family, business or the mix of both. I only added one photo from a stroll around the property, because as I mentioned, the website has them all. We captured a serene moment of a deer behind the hotel.

  Great location and value for the area. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and hotel. I enjoyed my recent stay and appreciated the breakfast to go bag they had available as well as the buffet. Nice touch and they provided a Thursday afternoon Happy Hour.

  Another great stay... where the Keurig station is always well stocked and maintained, the beds are incredibly comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and the staff is truly friendly and accommodating. Love the location. Safe. Vibrant. Lots of shopping and restaurants, and just a one-minute drive or three-minute walk to Technology park.
