    Arriving to the hotel, and walking through the doors, everything was pristine. Very clean and organized environment. The manager Nikola was delightful and very accommodating. Check in was very easy with friendly staff. The amenities the hotel had to offer are amazing. The rooms smelled great and were very clean. I’m very thankful for the experience because not all stays out of town are this nice.     Extremely Pleasant Experience with One of the Best Locations North of the ATL!

    Tremendous Experience & Would Highly Recommend!!! The Room was very clean, quiet & comfortable! The hotel’s location is so convenient to KSU, several restaurants & super easy access to I-75/I-575 as well! The Workout Room was large with a variety of equipment while the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We will be back for sure!!!     Hampton Inn Kennesaw Perfect Hotel!

    Our stay at this hotel was just perfect! Our room was quiet and very clean . It’s so convenient to anything you would want to do, with countless restaurants even in walking distance! We could pop out for shopping just 5 mins away several times a day. Front desk staff always greeted us with a smile & made us feel welcomed. Will definitely be back!     Bad Experience Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw 3405 Busbee Drive

    We always focus on staying at Hilton properties based on our great previous experiences. However, we had an incredibly terrible experience on 12/3/25 at the location on 3405 Busbee Drive, NW Kennesaw, GA 30144!We had a 6-hour drive to this location, and we first called the hotel in-route to ask for an early check-in. Lawanda did not provide any information on an estimated time. We ended up calling back 2 more times and spoke to her and she was very vague, rude over the phone and never provided us an estimated time. Her attitude on the phone was she could care less and offered no help.Upon arrival to the hotel to check-in, Lawanda was at the front desk and had an attitude towards us immediately. I believe she knew we were the same people that had called earlier on the phone for assistance. My wife and I could not believe how rude she was towards us and how we were treated as guests coming to your hotel. When she gave us our rates, she mentioned the $25 incidental charges per day that I was unfamiliar with in previous bookings as well as not showing on my on-line reservation. What she failed to mention to me was this would be credited back after we checked-out. Her attitude was so rude, and she asked us if we wanted someone else to check us in in a hateful tone and a guy assisted while she made a scene and verbally assaulted my wife and she went to the back room. Prior to her going to the back room, another woman came to the front desk from the back room and told her that was enough for the verbal tirade! The guy at that point proceeded to check us in. We were never offered waters or a gift bag. When we got to room 202, it smelled like a dog, and the bathroom light did not work.We immediately contacted Hilton Honors customer care to speak to a manager. I wanted to find out the general manager's name for this hotel. We were told this could not be provided and we had to send an email to the above address to file the complaint.We did not feel safe staying at this hotel after this occurred and told the Hilton customer care rep on the phone we wanted to move to the Acworth Hampton Inn. She helped us out and reversed our reservation and credited it out along with my points. I called the HI in Acworth and Lee said he had availability. We walked down with our luggage and dropped our key off at the front desk and the guy that checked us in only asked, ARE YOU CHECKING OUT? No apology or anything else was said despite what he had witnessed. We will be visiting Kennesaw many times in the future as we have family and friends there. We will never again step foot on the Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw location. We have also conveyed this experience to our family and friends that live in Kennesaw, so they are aware to not recommend this location for their future guests. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service possible and everyone, including Lawanda, is usually very kind and friendly. I apologize that on this day that did not seem to be the case. I was indeed present the day that you checked in, the Assistant Manager, and was the woman who came out and tried to calm down Lawanda and avoid the situation from escalating further. Although her response and attitude was not appropriate, neither was the disrespect and berating your wife and yourself portraited. You were cursing while she tried to explain the incidental hold, claiming "this was B.S." and that you had a family member in corporate that would be hearing from this, although most hotels all take incidental holds, especially at Hilton properties. This incidental hold is also displayed on our website if searched. Lawanda was upset from how aggressive the interaction became and tried to offer someone else's assistance to help deescalate the situation. Your wife then decided to call Lawanda a B***h, which is what led to the unprofessional response on Lawanda's end. Now, we have handled and spoken to her regarding this matter appropriately, but we will also not tolerate anyone disrespecting or insulting our staff. I am sorry for all that was experienced, and that you had issues with the room you initially checked into, but I am very glad you found new accommodations and that Hilton was able to transfer your points for thus stay. On our end, I spoke to the Hilton customer service team and ensured everything was discussed and that you wouldn't be charged for checking out under the circumstances. I do hope you enjoy your future stays in Kennesaw, where you choose to stay, have a great day.

    This Hampton needs some work. We had two rooms. One was missing a lamp, one and a burned out lightbulb. The girl at the counter definitely helped and got those fixed. Beyond that some of the elevator buttons didn’t light up the loose toilet seat was really annoying. The outlet in the side table didn’t work in either room. I didn’t really need these, but the ice machine & water fountains all out of order signs on them. … Breakfast was a little more mediocre than a normal mediocre breakfast. The weirdest thing? The shower handle just popped off when you turned it. Sure, you can slide it back on, but that’s something you need to fix. On the good side, the gym is 24 hours and was decent. Parking was pretty easy. The location was a walking distance from a Starbucks & a Cracker Barrel.Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. I understand it may have left a poor impression for your stay and again we apologize for that, we do try our best to stay up to date with maintenance issues, but some things may go unknown unless brought to our attention.
