    Don't stay here. There are much better options

    Staff is pretty unfriendly. Multiple days and just a sign that they're out of orange juice at the breakfast buffet. There is a grocery store half a mile away. The sign on the mirror says the room will be serviced every other day, but they won't. They said I should have specifically asked. I didnt know I had to when there is literally a sign that tells me they will do it automatically. It is noisey and poorly insulated. The wall thermostat doesnt work. The blind doesnt open smoothly to a point I'm afraid ill break it and stopped. The secure parking gate appears to just stay open 24/7. Don't stay here.     Room was really small and the building needs some major attention. There is damage areas where the roof is falling in. To be honest I'm surprised Hampton allows a hotel in that condition to use its name. Needs to be updated BAD!     Beware!!! BEDBUGS!!!

    I’ve waited a fair amount of time for them to respond to me about my issue with BEDBUG BITES there.I stayed there for 5 consecutive nights. First 3 nights in room 315 and other 2 nights in room 513. I’m saying this because I had severe bedbug bites in the room 315 and I even found a bedbug alive on my bedsheet and had to kill it by myself.I reported this right away to them and the front desk staff Jeovana seemed to be willing to take care of it for me and my family (my husband and 10yr old son were staying with me). At that time the symptom was not that bad because bedbug bites starts itchy after some period. I gave them the photo I took and they said they’re gonna report this to the Hilton and they will refund me for 1 night.FYI, I stayed there using my points and the 5th night was free so I was not sure how much they’re saying for 1 night. During my last 2 nights, they emailed me back saying they’ll issue SOME Hilton points (I don’t know if I have to be grateful for that because apparently I have bitten by bedbugs for all 3 nights already, and I cannot sleep well now suffering from itchiness, even though I keep putting Benadryl all the time).Finally while checking out, I asked them again about this issue and points, and they said it will be issued in 1 day.It was last week and I didn’t get any points or update from them. And my bugbites are so terrible and gross now. I cannot wear tank top or even short sleeves now even though it’s getting hotter now.During last weekends, I even emailed them attaching the photos of my bedbug bites but never heard from them again.Putting aside the bedbug issue, the hotel laundry machine was in terrible condition, too.If you find a bedbug in your room, you have to dry all your clothes first, but their the only dryer in laundry room was the last thing I would like to use.I never got bitten by bedbugs while staying in any other hotels, and this is the worst hotel experience I have ever gone through.

    Water pressure excellent. Breakfast better than similar hotels. Location a nightmare to get to, especially at night. Breakfast area shabby. Messed up my reservation for an accessible room. Regular rooms have toilets so low that I thought I might get stuck.

    The staff here was horrendous, except for one younger girl who initially checked me in. Then, I never saw her again. Ulysses, on nights, was especially ignorant. I noticed he would put sold out signs on the door and then remove them every morning, presumably so he would not have to come out of the back office where he spent most of his time watching tv. The housekeeping was terrible also. In my 12 night stay, my room was only cleaned twice. It’s supposed to be every other day. That left me with no clean towels or rags. When I went to ask for more, the front desk was not happy about having to grab me more. The bathroom had water damage on the drywall from the shower and I’m sure there was mold. The couch had a bad stain on the arm of the chair. This hotel needs purged of staff and start fresh. It’s that bad. Not welcoming, not friendly.
