  One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a general manager. He was very rude and could not speak good English at all. I will never return to this property ever again. I don't wish bad on anyone, but he will get what is coming to him.

  I don’t leave reviews typically but had to for this one. So the positive the location was really nice and peaceful and the actual room wasn’t horrible. The negative the hallways are very dated and carpet is very gross and very warm. 🤮 The breakfast at this location ends at 9 everyday not like most that have a little longer on the weekend 9:30 week days 10 weekends for those who sleep in on their days off or on vacation. And when I say 9 they mean 9 sharp as they swipe and turn off everything and fast. I didn’t realize this and at 8:45 I was waiting and waiting for some eggs and more sausage to come out but didn’t happen and as I was waiting they started to shut off the waffle makers and there was no hard boiled eggs, no fruit, no milk, and no yogurt. I see why people were taking and hoarding so much food. The lady with the raspy voice at the front desk was not very nice. The fitness center was minimal, no weights, just treadmill elliptical and some medicine balls and it smelled really bad in there. One elevator working. Terrible ! I would rate as far as price goes $89/night at best. So far not a great experience. And as I was sitting in the lobby drinking my tea that they had no half and half only bulk creamer, I was hearing numerous complaints about room cleanliness and bathroom issues. Housekeeping fighting me for space to use the elevator that was working not polite to let a guest go first. There is a Marriott next door and I saw a neat Courtyard down the road will most likely try if I stay in the area again. Will definitely not do this place again. Just speaking for my room, mine like I said wasn’t bad if you are just passing through and needed a bed to sleep and get up and leave but not for a vacation and not for the price I paid. But just the grumblings going on at breakfast about the hotel and the rooms, I must have got lucky with mine. On the upside luckily the digital key worked here because if I had to deal with that woman at the front desk probably would have asked for a refund and went directly next door.

  This place is horrible. the halls smelt like weed my room smelt my weed another room is constantly moist and smells moist which will lead to eventual mold. Its actually disgusting how much it smells. and the feeling of a moist carpet when we just checked in? along with the smell of weed in the adjoining room . horrible. the gym is literally just medicine balls and treadmails. i would much rather spend my money at a motel for cheaper and a similar experience.

  Great Accommodating Hilton!

  Had to call Hilton to book the room as there were no pictures of the bathroom to confirm ADA needs for my new knee. The reservation person on the phone was awesome and listened to my concerns. She called the hotel direct and arranged for a first floor room with accommodations that I requested. The room was perfect: comfortable, quiet and dark.Nice huge room, comfortable bed with enough pillows for the two of us. Bathroom had walk in shower with grab bars, a tall toilet with grab bars and a large vanity for my items (usually skimped on when an ADA room). Loved how staff met all the incoming folks from Florida right before the hurricane,Ideas:*Please consider refraining from the strong fragrances in the building, especially the lobby area. Made my throat close!*The bathroom could use brighter lights. I wished the dual shades on window would have allowed the heavy one to go up further so light could come in room.*Need more protein items on breakfast area. Soy milk? Greek yogurt?

  My stay at the Hampton Inn Peachtree was disappointing. The hotel's cleanliness was below par, with unclean counters and toilets. The hallways were poorly maintained, with overflowing trash cans. The General Manager, Saeed Shah, was unaccommodating. The lobby became noisy and disruptive late into the night due to guests gambling and nearly coming to physical blows. This hotel is unsuitable for families or solo female travelers. Moreover, it does not meet the standards expected of the Hilton brand. In my extensive travel experience, I have never come across such a deplorable situation. The experience at this establishment was profoundly unsatisfactory. I am embarrassed to admit that referring to this location as part of the Hilton Brand is a displeasure for me.Ps... Lesson learned... Always read reviews before booking.
