  No hot water for the shower. No breakfast served, dead bugs in the room. Double booked room inwas supposed to be in. Placed me in a room lower quality than I paid.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. We had a reservation for the weekend of October 4th. We arrived, the lobby was in decent shape, then proceeded to get in the elevator where I checked the certificate and it was expired as of 2024. The hallways were absolutely disgusting with stains up and down the walls, stuff smeared in the carpets and trash and crumbs everywhere not to mention the smell. The door to the room was peeling and loose, not very safe. The room itself was the worst part. The ceiling was literally caving in with water damage, the room reeked of mold and floors were sticky and carpets felt, looked and smelled as though they hadn’t been washed… ever. Stains on the walls, food on the floor, bloodstains on the bed and curtains. Literal wood pieces from the window unattached above the AC, and humid as heck in there. There were cockroaches behind the bed as well. So we switched rooms, and this one (per the review below) smelt of wet dog and had about the same cleanliness as the room before, at least it was vacuumed though. Pictures will be provided with this review. I’d suggest this place needs to be shut down permanently, it’s nasty. AND THE POOL IS GREEN!

  Good Experience Except For a Couple of Hiccups

  Nobody came to refresh the room such as linen, towels, trash or toilet paper. I had to physically track down staff in order to get clean towels, more toilet paper and soap. Also one member of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional the morning of 01 Sep 2025. She came to say I had passed checkout time at 11am. The paper I signed when I checked into the room said checkout was at 12pm so I was going off what was documented on the paper given to me and was never informed checkout was at 11am. I tried to explain that I did not mean to go past checkout time intentionally and I was going off the copy of the document that was handed to me at check in. She immediately got rude and started raising her voice at me as if I was intentionally trying to break the rules and even though it was simply a misunderstanding due to the typo on the document. I informed her I was coming down to extent my stay anyway and was I would have come down before checkout time if I had known prior that it was 11am instead of 12pm. The unprofessionalism, rudeness and attitude was definitely uncalled for because it was a simple misunderstanding and I was trying to be apologetic for not coming down to extend before the 11am checkout time. The other two front desk staff I encountered during my stay have been more than amazing and extremely professional, kind and helpful.

  Our family were very satisfied with our hotel stay

  The staff Shannell was very hospitable upon checking in and Tamar upon checking out during our visit May30 - June 1, 2025. The hotel was in a secluded relaxing atmosphere around nature and horses down the road. We booked a suite and I thought it was a connecting room, but without much effort, the staff accommodated us with a connecting room and a kitchen. We were also able to attend church service in one of the conference rooms, which was a blessing to our family. We will definitely stay at this hotel again once we come back to GA.

  We changed hotels for this hotel for the pool, hottub, and breakfast which nothing was available they were under renovation not once mentioned online!
