    Staff at this hotel was awesome. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk (shout out to Tatiana and Karen!), to the kitchen staff, to housekeeping, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. It was very clean, great location, and SUPER comfy bed!! Will definitely stay here next time we’re back in Atlanta!

    The staff at this hotel are spectacular. The front desk, the restaurant, the concierge, even the chef himself came out to ask how my salmon was and I was delighted because it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I really enjoyed talked to Charlie, Kalia, and Chef Michael Smith while dining solo tonight. What a terrific crew.     Unplanned stay for one night needed after a day cheering on our fave players at PPA tourney. After soaking in sun for five hours and craving a real meal…the Dahlia Bartender, Precious, greeted us warmly as she quickly placed our orders and kindly met a special request.     Do not book the 10th floor for the Executive Lounge

    The Hilton website for this hotel states in the description of rooms on the Executive Floor that they will be drinks and snacks in the evening. This not true. I believe they are open for breakfast. But, I checked in with just the digital key and you had to have an actual card key to access the lounge. Busy morning at the front desk so no access to the lounge for breakfast. To be honest, I was not expecting much. A cup of coffee and toast that I could take to my room instead the coffee in the machine would make me happy. In the eveningI just wanted a coke not cocktails. I made the decision not to grab a coke while I was out because I thought I could get one in the lounge. A couple of suggestions:Correct your website stating it's only breakfast. Post the hours on the door to the Executive Lounge and make it keypad accessible. At the least, update the website that you need an actual key. If your not going to honor the website details at least offer a free coke at the front desk. Beyond that, you can tell it used to be a full service hotel. It used to be top tier.     All star staff- taking crap with dignity and style

    Ever go to a bar for a nigthcap after a long trip and run into that group of guys have a contest of whos the loudest after 3 drinks? Add the male Karen, a David maybe? Not writing this to debate that, hes David for this story but we know its a Karen. Either way, my hat off to the bar tender Charlie and the bar server Deyvl. The amount of crap this group threw at them in the 20 minutes I stomached was INSANE. First it was the serve, complaining they'd been waiting, complaining their was only one bar tender (Charlie), complaining it was getting dark like the dude could control the sun and was somehow inconvenienced by Deyvl because other people existed that need help and it was Ds fault. See. Karen. Then they come inside. Dear God why did they need to come inside and sit behind me, id rather have been struck down by the lord himself.So they came inside, still having a competition to see who can talk over thr other the loudest, and David (Karen) starts a new complaint... workflow? Ill call it a workflow because he'd been bragging to his group about how outstanding we was at work for a bit. This new workflow was about his current drink. "SMELL IT SMELL IT" He started to exclaim, like a traveling street vendor. Apparently, his drink had been made with the wrong rum.My god- what a disaster. Call the president. Turns out he didnt think it was Captain Morgan spiced rum. New flash my guy, thats not a great rum, and you just have bad taste.What was perfect though, Charlie was standing their, had just made the drink, and was still holding the freak Captain Morgan Spiced Rum bottle.David (Karen) looking a fool to everyone within 28 miles that could hear his big mouth, double down and SHOVED THE GLASS in Deyvls face, demand he smells it and explains himself!Deyvl politely, stepped away, and said "ill check the ticket" while David (Karen) made a scene like a 6 year old, saying he could still taste it, wiping his tounge like a child. All that said. You rock Charlie and Deyvl, dont let the haters get you down. You were right, they were ridiculous, my hat off to you.
