Good Value Airport Area Hotel
10 Jun 2026
This property feels a bit more remote than many airport area hotels, and there aren’t many dining options nearby (except the hotel itself).Overall a nice property, the rooms appear renovated but have some wear and tear regardless. The bathroom looks original to the property. As a caveat there was no notice on the Hilton site about property work (washing and painting the building) but a notice was posted in the elevator instead. There was no work going on during my short visit but this might be a factor in your decision. While I didn’t interact with the front desk (using the digital key instead), the lady in the morning gave a warm and sincere greeting. The star of the whole place however was the Shuttle Bus driver who was friendly and a great asset to the hotel. He was upbeat and helpful, which is always appreciated after a long day. General Manager, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/millenium Center, responded to this review Dear Mibenco,While we are pleased to hear that you found the property enjoyable overall and appreciated the exceptional hospitality of our associates, we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We value your feedback on the location, as well as your observations on the condition of the accommodations and the bathroom. We also understand your concerns regarding the communication of the ongoing property modernization. Your comments have been shared with the appropriate teams as we continually strive to improve our guest satisfaction at all levels. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.Sincerely,Z. DollarGeneral Manager

A very average meh experience
15 May 2026
Hotel lobby and reception areas are very inviting; the individual rooms are tired. The bar and restaurant areas lacked efficient staff. $25.02 for a bottle of beer and 1 glass of wine is a little on the extortion side of things, not to mention $18.00 to self park one's vehicle. Would not recommend to other travelers. Spend the extra money and stay at the Marriott. General Manager, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/millenium Center, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you found our lobby and reception areas inviting. As part of our ongoing property improvements, our lobby and public spaces have recently undergone renovation updates, and we are currently continuing that progress by working toward updating our guest rooms as well.We sincerely regret that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding service levels in our bar and restaurant areas. Please know your comments have been shared with our management team as we continue focusing on staffing efficiency and overall guest experience improvements.Regarding pricing, while we understand parking and food & beverage costs can sometimes be frustrating, our $18 nightly self-parking fee remains among the lower rates within the Atlanta airport market, where many comparable airport hotels charge $25 or more per night for parking. Additionally, our restaurant and bar pricing is structured competitively with other full-service hotels offering similar amenities and airport-area convenience. Thank you again for all your comments; we hope you will consider a return visit once our improvements are complete to experience our revitalization firsthand. Sincerely,Z. DollarGeneral Manager

Stay away!
31 Jan 2026
Stay away! Or at least wait until they are finished with renovation. Not sure if they will renovate everything, but hardly needed! The women in the reception was very rude and clearly not happy for working there. The best part was the hard working lady in the pop up restaurant. General Manager, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/millenium Center, responded to this review Dear ellisivh2015,We’re truly sorry your stay was impacted by our current renovation efforts, as well as the interaction you described at reception. We certainly regret hearing that our hospitality did not come across as welcoming, as that’s never the impression we want to leave with our guests. Your comments will be discussed amongst our leadership teams as we continue to review both our renovation process as well as the level of care provided throughout the hotel. We do appreciate you taking a moment to recognize the hard work of the team member in our pop up restaurant, and we’re glad that interaction stood out in a positive way. Your patience is truly appreciated, and we hope we might have another opportunity to better serve you in the future.Sincerely,Zelda DollarGeneral Manager

Avoid on Business
19 Jan 2026
This hotel did not feel welcoming, I didn’t say anything whilst I stayed out of fear my stay would be worse! It attracts a certain clientele for sure. Shouting in the hallways late at night, very loud people, the gym was “closed for renovation” but when I took a look there was nothing going on in there. The restaurant is a make shift one whilst they renovate which I guess can’t be helped, the pool was also closed. If you are on business and want a good nights sleep and a social area to relax then this isn’t the place to go! Finally it stinks of cigarettes and lack of cleaning, the bed sheets gave me a bad rash on my arms. General Manager, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/millenium Center, responded to this review Dear 21Taylor21,We deeply regret hearing that several areas fell short of what you were expecting. A quiet, comfortable environment is especially important for guests traveling on business, and we’re truly disappointed to hear about the noise and overall conditions you described, as well as the discomfort you experienced. Know that your comments will be discussed amongst our leadership teams as we continue reviewing our housekeeping standards, and how temporary closures or renovations are communicated. While we’re sorry to hear we may not have been the right fit for your needs, we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.Sincerely,Zelda DollarGeneral Manager
