    The hotel staff is so incredibly kind. I was waiting on an uber for 10 minutes or so, and they offered to drive me to the airport. Everything was clean and staff was very attentive. 10/10 I highly recommend!

    This place is an absolute joke.

    The reservation was denied, due to the hotel policy being different that the policy of the actual hotel chain. This particular hotel is privately owned. They make no mention on their website, that their reservation policy doesn't match the chain. Their front desk for evening, AJ is rude. He talks down to the customer, then calls security when asked questions. Don't waste your time here. Make sure you're staying in an actual chain, and not privately owned.

    Clean hotel. Nice big rooms. Excellent breakfast food selections and the hostess was just outstandingOnly issue we had was our room toilet stopped up. I went to use the toilet down by the lobby and it also stopped up. I did report to the front desk

    Stayed one night due to a transit stopover. Had a nice experience. The room was decent, and breakfast was nice. Nice little neighborhood, I walked by the lake in the morning. It was very niceI was well invited Hector at the front desk. On the other hand, the airport shuttle dropped me off at the domestic without asking where I was going. Maybe good to check with guest beforehand.
