The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation.     Pretty rough stay and honestly the worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. So many things just kept compiling, it was almost comical. To start, they offer a free airport shuttle yet their automated phone answering provides incorrect information on pickup and after calling the front desk, you are instead to be picked up in a bus that does NOT say Holiday Inn on it and instead Motel 6 (huh?). While at the hotel, the trash was never taken out during our entire stay in the hall and it was extremely messy and dirty. This carries into the rooms as our floor was incredibly sticky and you could hear the pull from your shoes on the floor which made you feel like you were in a disgusting McDonald’s. There was also a large black hair in the bathroom sink when we arrived so obviously cleaning is lacking here. Elevators also haven’t been checked in over 3 months and they were extremely slow and unreliable. The location is also a bit rough and not safe to walk around (especially at night). Also absolutely skip the attached Mexican restaurant as it was even worse. Just really disappointing as I really like Holiday Inn and it’s my preferred brand of stay but not this time. Giant swing and a miss. I could not wait to check out and head home.     I had a great experience checking in thanks to Qubilliah. As a Diamond member, I understand upgrades aren’t always available, but she went above and beyond to make up for it by speeding up my check-in process and providing complimentary parking.     Shai is a gem: positive, polite, and professional. She helped up get checked in early with no issues. Hotel was modern, clean, spacious, and in a safe area.     This hotel will not be added to my favorites. It has so much potential, but it’s clear they are severely understaffed. The employees who are there work extremely hard to keep guests happy, but there simply aren’t enough of them to properly manage everything.The breakfast itself was great. However, I found it very unprofessional when the lady cooking breakfast asked us to leave a good review but specifically mention that breakfast is better on the weekends when she works. It felt inappropriate to single herself out at the expense of her coworkers. That lack of teamwork was noticeable.Our room was not cleaned properly. The floor was sticky, and the bathtub was dirty. The front desk associate was so overwhelmed — working alone — that I didn’t even want to add to his stress by complaining, so we ended up cleaning the tub ourselves with soap.Management needs to be more present and involved. This hotel would greatly benefit from additional staffing and stronger leadership. Employees were not wearing name tags or uniforms, so it was difficult to tell who actually worked there.There is real potential here, but without better staffing, teamwork, and oversight, the guest experience suffers.Unfortunately, my family will not be returning.

    Ok so I booked on line and called the hotel right after or either I called before I booked hell I can’t remember but anyway when I called this hotel and the greeting I got was from Ms. Shai answered and omg her tone her voice sold the hotel and I think I called several times asking different questions instead of asking everything at one time no matter ms shai answered everything with pleasure and grace. Ms Shai did that amazing customer service from the start she set the tone.After I need something from the desk on the first short I came in contact with with Ms Q wow these ladies are setting the tone those two ladies are dominating the industry.Now for breakfast I’m very familiar with it meeting Queen Sheba her energy her smiling and jokes set the tone for me when I went to work when I got to my job I remember the joke and I set the positive energy at my job that u Queen.Next the Room attendant that cleaned my room I don’t know her name I was in 600 that young lady she is the strength behind the front desk along with the others make a great team.
